Very convenient, only five miles from Disney. Quiet neighborhood. All conveniences, shopping centers, fine restaurants, 50 golf courses, private full-size pool with pool heat available, high speed wifi, washer and dryer. Smartly appointed and remodeled. Lots of details supplied like bath robes, baby strollers, crib, pool toys, beach towels. Completely turn key. Kitchen has everything you need, fully supplied above expectations including extra countertop convection oven. Master bedroom with blackout drapes for sleeping in, king bed is so comfortable that everyone comments on it. Master bath has separate exterior door to pool. Queen bedroom and twin bedroom share a bath, on opposite end of house for privacy. Two sofas in living area with one opening to queen bed. Sliding glass doors in living area open to pool with a view of palm trees, orange and mango trees.

Perfect again
This was our second time staying at this property and I will definitely stay again. The location is great. It’s near several food options and shopping. We always get the pool heated but it was great to soak in, particularly after a long day at Disney. We love the layout of the house and the master bedroom bed is the most comfortable bed I’ve ever slept in. Communication with the owner is so easy, she is always so nice. We love staying here. Thank you so much for a great stay!

Perfect family vacation!
We all had a wonderful time and was able to actually enjoy ourselves to the fullest by staying here!! Close to all the stuff for kids and 2 hr drive to a few beaches. We will definitely be looking into staying here again and recommend it to anyine else wanting a quiet, fun, relaxing spot for a vacation.

Great place to stay!
My husband and I stayed at this property from January 17 through March 25, 2024, in order to escape the Pennsylvania winter for a while. The house is beautifully decorated; it really is a place that you feel at home as soon as you enter. The kitchen has everything you could possibly need. The pool area is beautiful. And last but not least, Jim, the property manager, is a wonderful person and responded to our needs ASAP when we contacted him. I only hope I have the opportunity to return to this property sometime in the future.

Orlando Spring Break

Beautiful Home, great location
We loved our stay in this beautiful home very much. Very comfortable. Brenda and Jim are great hosts and have thought of everything you could possibly need for a great vacation. The location is perfect for the Orlando area theme parks and so many great golf courses near by. Also a very easy ride to the Tampa area. We really enjoyed relaxing by the pool and the tropical setting.

Quiet getaway
The unit was clean and well furnished with everything we needed. The pool was lovely. The lanai was private and over looks an open space. We enjoyed watching the birds, squirrels, and little lizards.

Comfort in Davenport
We are repeat renters at this little gem. The house is very comfortable with a well equipped kitchen, and a fabulous great room with a large screen TV. The highlight of the property for us is the beautiful salt water pool! The owner and her son are quick to address any needs. We feel right at home here!

Property was exactly as listed. House was very clean and very well apportioned. Many towels, plentiful supplies in kitchen. We loved the pool and were in it multiple times a day. I appreciated that the patio area had a door right into the primary bathroom.
