A sophisticated 6 bedroom and 5 ½ bath pool home with hot tub and games room. The property backs on to conservation land with a south-west facing pool deck, located within the premium Bellavida resort in Kissimmee – just minutes from the attractions.

The bright living area at the rear of the home overlooks the pool deck. It is a generous space and perfect for relaxing in an evening, with a large screen TV for watching a movie or catching up on your favorite shows. High speed internet and cable TV are provided. A secondary living area, with cool coastal hues, ensures there is plenty of space to comfortably accommodate everyone.

The spacious kitchen has everything you may need to cater for your group as well as stainless steel appliances and wrap-around breakfast bar seating. There is a small casual dining area towards the front of the home, or a full formal dining table and chairs towards the rear of the home.

Outdoors, there is a further patio table and chairs under a covered shaded area. The pool deck backs on to luscious green conservation land, and faces south-west to enjoy the Florida sunshine throughout most of the day right up until sunset. There is a large pool and bubbling spa. Pool/spa heating available at an additional cost. Plenty of outdoor seating means you can spend the full day relaxing around the pool.
BBQ rental available: 3 burner $89 per week / 4 burner $99 per week incl tank of propane (needs to be ordered 7+ days in advance - BBQs not stored at the home)

The property has two master bedrooms each with a kingsize bed in solid wood furniture, plus ensuite bathrooms. There are 2 queen bedrooms, each with their own elegant identity. There is a further bedroom with a full bed, as well as a bedroom with a bunk (full below, twin above) perfect for the kids. Bedrooms are located upstairs with TVs in each room.

There is fun for all ages in the games room, equipped with a pool table and foosball. Upstairs there is a quiet nook with an L-shaped desk if you need to catch up with work during your stay. Washing and drying machines are provided for guest use.

The Bella Vida resort is a quiet gated community of high-end homes, just 8 miles from Disney and close driving distance to Universal and Sea World. The resort clubhouse and pool back onto a large pond with plenty of loungers to relax and enjoy the Florida sunshine. There are basketball and volleyball courts, a fitness center, as well as a playground for the little ones. The clubhouse also offers a gym, table tennis and foosball.

Loved the house. It was definitely big enough and comfy. The only reason I give it four stars is because they left us one roll of toilet paper for each bathroom, one garbage bag, one dish disposable cloth, one half of paper towel, one towel each, and only 6 coffee cups. For 12 people, we had to buy a lot of stuff just to get by for the week. But the house was nice, and pool and hot tub were warm. Convenient location and would stay again.

The spaces in the house were nice. We had a group of four friends and each had their own room with en-suite baths. The bathrooms were fairly clean but most of the shower heads were partially clogged. The bedding was clean but most complained that the mattresses were uncomfortable. The hot tub was nice but the temp was only 87 degrees which is kind of low considering that we paid 140 for 4 days for the heater. The coffee maker was broken but they replaced it fairly quickly. I have stayed at several of these types of homes over the last several years and I would rate this 5 on a scale of 10 compared to the rest.

The house is very spacious with great comfy beds. Having private bathrooms in each room was a HUGE plus.But the "only" bathroom on the first floor did not work. I called the first day and was told someone would come the next day to check it. Nobody ever came. So you had to go outside to the pool bathroom (which was not clean) or upstairs (pain in the butt).

We very much enjoyed our stay. Early access to the home was easy and very much appreciated. Each time I needed to reach out I received timely replies. We did have a few recommendations. Adding oven mitts, pump hand soap and leftover containers to the kitchen stock. Pump hand soap for the bathrooms. It was disappointing to be freshly showered only to end up with dirty feet from the floors obviously not having been mopped. Overall, the cleanliness of the floors could have been better and was our only "complaint." We would definitely recommend this property and should we come back to that area of Florida, would rent this property again.

Great home.Comfortable beds. Pool and hot tub very enjoyable. Screened in porch a big plus. The only small negative was the kitchen. Since we did all the cooking in the house, the lack of big pots and pans was a problem but then walmart was close so we purchased what we needed.

Overall our stay was a good stay. There were a few minor issues. I recommend updating some appliances (ex the refrigerator and dryer.) I also paid for the heated jacuzzi and it wasn’t hot just warm. The same temperature as the pool. Again overall We enjoyed our stay and I would recommend. Thank you for allowing us to stay

Needs help

Home was big enough for my big family that was a plus, But definitely needs minor maintenance: -The pool light was very dim. -No lights by pool. -Raccoons eating the trash every day, which I cleaned up myself. Trash picked up late or not at all. -Pool screens were torn. My elderly mom and cousin were sitting out by the table and there was a raccoon inside the screened-in patio.- Extra beds/furniture in gameroom- could of use more towels.

Spacious home for family get-togethers

This home is lovely, with plenty of space for us and two of our children's families. It is nicely decorated. The advertised "game room" is actually the garage, with a torn pool table, a foosball table, and assorted mattresses piled up against the garage wall. We did try to use it once to play, but it was hot (garage door didn't open) and it may have been how a mouse entered the house. While a welcome message did tell us that cars weren't to obstruct the sidewalk, the warning in the rules binder only said cars would be towed for parking on grass or in the street. We had three approved vehicles and parked end to end. One hung out over the sidewalk and was towed while we were out by the pool the first day. We learned that the binder had not been updated and that a different towing company than the one listed patrolled the neighborhood, looking for cars to tow. They also charged 125 to get it back, and only accepted cash. I was refused any refund due to the binder not being updated (the welcome letter being the reason) but I did update the binder to help other renters from having our experience.The highlight of our stay was the pool out back. It was perfect for our grandchildren to play, and a welcomed respite from the heat for all of us. The club house also has a large pool and nice gathering spaces, available from 9-5. If you don't mind the predatory towing practices, this VRBO home provides a lovely get-away with fun for the whole family.

Family Vacation

Every other year, I take my three children and their six children on vacation. This year, they wanted to go to the amusement parks in the Orlando/Kissimmee area. When we checked in on Saturday, there was no Wi-Fi. I did not call the property management company as I did not see this as an emergency. Also, the grill was sub-par. For a property this size, the grill should have been larger and better quality. On Sunday, the power went out due to a storm. I did notify property management so they could contact the power company. This was handled immediately, and the power was back on within an hour. At this time, I told the PM that I would be at their office on Monday to discuss other things - grill and no Wi-Fi. I was told that the Wi-Fi was plugged in behind the couch. It was unplugged, so that was a quick fix. First thing Monday morning, Richard appeared on the pool deck, checking on the grill. He and I disagreed on the quality of grill - I would not use this mediocre item at my home. It burned food in the front and food in the back was raw. Because I was not offered a reasonable refund, I decided to keep the grill for the week and my sons would just have to constantly rotate food so it cooked evenly. The only other real complaint we had was that the trash bin on the front porch was FULL of trash when we arrived (with one bag of trash opened and spilling out), presumably from the cleaning crew. Loved the property even though there were minor glitches.

The house was great. Everything was nice and clean and spacious. We spent quite a bit of time there in the evenings and even cooked meals for the eight of us. The only complaint is the lack of supplies like toilet paper and paper towels and especially extra trash bags. It seemed very strange to have only one extra trash bag when we were there with eight people for so many days. I don’t really consider it a reason for a bad review, just a suggestion to consider your policies or check up on whoever supplies your rental.

Disappointed

I picked the property because it had a pool and hottub. Why advertise it then after period to cancel then inform you have to pay extra to heat the pool and hottub. To makr matters worse, we get to the house and the pool is dirty and not heated because the pump was broke. It was finaaly fixed on the last day of our stay but we didn't get a chance to use it. The beds were okay. The pillows were terrible. The couch in the family room family room was totally uncomfortable.

Overall. ..great experience

Excellent location and close to all amenities. Literally next door to Walmart without having to go on any highway. Whole family had a great time. Highly recommend short walk to Medieval Knights experience. Would definitely recommend to everyone looking for " getting your money’s worth

Great family home

This was a fantastic option for our family. It is close to Disney Parks and had plenty of room for the whole family. We took two days for breaks from the parks to spend family time hanging out at the pool. House was clean and rooms were comfortable.

Awesome time!

The property itself was nice. We did run into a couple issues. The first was that none of the bathroom outlets worked when we arrived due to a faulty GFCI outlet, but it was quicky fixed! There also was an issue with the hot tub water level when the pump wasn't on that was discussed with the guy checking the pool. Other than that, it was a pretty good stay!
