This is our third time staying at this property. The outdoor areas of the hotel, as always, were beautiful and clean. The staff was very attentive and professional each time. However, the hotel rooms need some updates. The carpets were dirty, the bathroom tub and sinks were not clean, and the shower head was a problem because the water flow was extremely slow.

Convenient for sea world, friendly, clean, quiet,but $38 a night to park your car on the property ( no other option). If you want breakfast or coffee $38 per person for breakfast, coffee had Starbucks that was more expensive than normally! Nice place but they $ gouge you in every direction.

Not a fan of this property if we wouldnā€™t have had to be here for convention, we would never come back. They gave our room away and didnā€™t do anything to help make up for the accommodations.

Nice resort! It had all the amenities we would want. Aleris (? spelling) who checked us in was very personable and kind! He patiently answered all our questions. The only thing that could have been better were the sheets. They were a bit short on the sides making them difficult to share for two adults (even small ones).
