Quiet Oasis in Lovely Neighborhood

We are 10 minutes south of downtown Orlando in a lovely, quiet neighborhood. ORMC, Arnold Palmer, and Winnie Palmer Hospitals are just 2.6 miles away, or 10 minutes by vehicle. Orlando International Airport is 20 minutes away, and we are within a few minutes of all major transportation arteries. Universal and the Convention Center are about 20 minutes away and Disney is about 30 minutes.

The space: A Mother-in-Law Suite with a private entrance to a large non-smoking bedroom with a queen bed and a private bathroom overlooking the pool and hot tub. The room is large enough to accommodate an air mattress for children. Pool, spa, & laundry facilities available. Well behaved pets under 25 pounds are welcome with a daily $10.00 pet fee per animal and no more than two pets. Smoking inside is prohibited, but allowed outside the screened pool area.

Guest access: Private entrance direct to the mother-in law suite by access code to electronic lock, separated from main living area by a laundry room which you may use if desired. Contact Bunker at (407) 883-5399 for your code.

Parking: dedicated guest parking on left side of driveway.

Amazing Experience
My sister in law were in town for the Pink Concert as well as my sons soccer tournament. We stayed in a hotel with the team from Friday to Sunday and then headed to Bunker’s on Sunday. I was not sure if my sons tournament was going to run over if he made it to the finals so Bunker was kind enough to inform me that I could leave my stuff there while we waited for the tournament results. We didn’t end up needing to but it was kind of him. Fast forward to when we arrived, the neighborhood was awesome and Bunker and his family were super inviting. We sat around and chatted for a little bit. At night we had the hot tub and pool to ourselves. Come Monday, our Uber cancelled our ride because we ran 5 mins behind. We couldn’t get an Uber in short notice so Bunker was so kind that he dropped us off at the concert after working all day himself. I would recommend this host any day of the week. As a matter of fact, there are some restaurants we want to go back and try and I already told him, we are booking with him again. Thank you Bunker and Family for being extremely sweet, understanding, and CLEAN (that is really important). You will definitely see us against 😁

Hurricane Milton Refuge
We felt safe in an established neighborhood of beautiful brick homes, and realized how close we were to many attractions. The host was welcoming, friendly and accommodating. Highly recommend if you plan on visiting the area:)

Our stay was exactly as the listing described. Check-in was super easy which was nice since we got there late. We love it , the pool is amazing . The ac works magic , I love the washer and dryer. The room was amazing as well . I rather stay in a private location then public “especially sharing pool with other like hotels” this is the spot. Is private no one bother you , you have the pool to yourself , MR.Bunker was nice and his beautiful wife as well. Great communication as well. Self checked in. It was an amazing experience. This quaint mother in law was clean, quiet and very sufficient for my short trip. Neighborhood was clean and quiet. Owners were very friendly and accommodating. Usage of pool was available though i did not take advantage. Would definitely definitely recommend to a single or couple headed to Orlando. Thank you 😊

The property was wonderful. We really enjoyed the pool. We had it all to ourselves. The room was very clean, nicely decorated and had everything we needed. The complimentary waters in the mini fridge were a nice added touch. Bunker and his wife were gracious hosts. They were available and helpful but also gave us our space. We would highly recommend them and would definitely stay there again in the Orlando area. The neighborhood was nice and quiet and convenient to everywhere we needed to go. Great stay.

Absolutely beautiful and quiet neighborhood! The room was clean and perfect, location was close to everything (food, parks, shopping, etc). Our hosts were super sweet and we will definitely be looking to book again next year when Universal Epic Universe opens up!

Great central location, and the hosts are fantastic. The space met our simple needs very well. We enjoyed the pool on most days and went out at night. The screened-in environment kept out bugs, which was great. Their home is in a beautiful neighborhood with lots of unique homes- no safety concerns whatsoever. There is a small fridge, but no freezer, so we bought a cooler and lots of bags of ice. We couldn't figure of if or how the celing fan worked, but we didn't ask either. Wall mounted air conditioner kept the room fairly cool. Absolutely no complaints, and we really appreciated the inclusion of many common essentials like utensils, cups, beach towels, sunscreen, coffee/tea, and access to wifi and smart tv. Instacart was great for delivering anything we needed. Rideshare costs to downtown area were $15-20. It was $60 one-way to Legoland. Grocery and liquor stores less than two miles away.

The swimming pool and hot tub were wonderful! We were in the water most every day…sparkling clean and nice and warm. The hosts checked by text to see if we needed anything during our stay and supplied our requests . If you need Uber or Lyft it was easy to get service. We certainly enjoyed our time there and returned home rested and relaxed. Thank you Bunker and Kathy!!
