The attractive “Villa Dutchess” can be found in the quiet community of Oakpoint in Davenport. “Villa Dutchess” is on one floor and built in traditional American style. The interior is tasteful and exudes a modern atmosphere in which it is not only pleasant but also comfortable to stay. From the house you reach the pool deck via the lanai, where the heated swimming pool is located. Around the pool deck is a cage with mosquito netting that protects you from insects. Because it can be quite cool in the evenings in the period September - March, we recommend "pool heating".

A 5-minute drive from "Villa Dutchess" are shopping centers including well-stocked Publix supermarkets and various other shops and facilities, such as a gym, hairdresser, nail salon, liquor store and take aways. There is a sufficient selection of restaurants in the immediate vicinity.

The on-site property management is carried out by Florida Spirit Vacation Homes, a professional organization that you as a guest can rely on when necessary during your stay. Cleaning around each rental period, weekly inspection and maintenance of the swimming pool, and troubleshooting are taken care of.
