Wonderful house! Perfect location!
Our family came down to stay for a week and visit the parks. We couldn't have been more pleased with the house. It was very clean and wonderfully spacious. The location could not have been better. Only 15 minutes from Disney and 20 or so to Universal! The gated community was so clean and very quiet. The perfect place to stay for anyone going on a visi4 to Orlando for any reason!

House was great. Just as described and very clean. Only draw back is houses are very close together and loud neighbors are easily heard inside bedrooms. I would definatly stay there again

Awesome Place to Stay
This property is very clean and we loved staying in it. 5 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms. We had 7 people staying and everyone had their own space and own bathroom. It was great. Only about 10 mins from Disney. Close to shopping and restaurants.

Family Disney Vacation
It was overall a great experience. The house is spacious, it is clean and everyone enjoy their time really well. The pool, hot tub and community pool was a great add on. It was close to the Disney parks so we managed the time well. Thank you for the wonderful experience.

Very nice, clean and spacious property. The pool was smaller than we expected, but it was still nice and we enjoyed it. The location of the home wasn't close to the amenities (i.e. basketball court, water slide, pool etc) so you would have to be prepared to drive a mile or two to get there. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and there was plenty space for our group of 7.

Office for the week
Several of us remote workers met for the week to work on a project. Clean home, large bedrooms, great working table and wi-fi. We had an issue with the sink and maintenance showed up quickly and fixed what was needed. He didn’t even disturb us.

Beautiful villa
Our booking was last minute as we had been let down for our original villa stay. Booking process very simple as was checking in and we managed to get a couple of hours extra as our flight is a late in the day one. The villa has everything we needed and very spacious so we weren’t falling over each other - we are a group of 6 adults and one 14 year old the beds and bedrooms comfortable and the villa and outdoor pool area spotless

We were happy with our stay. We were unhappy with zero communication back about the jacuzzi not working. There were patio chairs broken but it's possible you were not ever notified of those.

As of October 2023, it felt like this property had just been re-done! Everything was super clean, felt brand new and nothing appeared out of place. Rooms were spacious and everything worked exactly as expected. Location was great, close to attractions and minutes to the local Target and grocery stores. Would definitely book again. I had a question about the hot tub which I brought to the management company. It was answered quickly and efficiently. Waterpark and larger pool/lazy river is approximately 8 min drive away which would have been good to know. Check in was quick and easy, but got stuck at their front gate for 25 mins as they had to register each vehicle, that was a little annoying. But to be clear, the property was brilliant!

Savannah Birthday Travels
The house is just as advertised. Great layout with tons of space. The check in process placed a damper on the first day as the host requires your credit card information for their records via their digital platform. This required me to travel 30 minutes each way the next morning to fill out paperwork that took all of 60 seconds. If Vrbo has my information, I don’t like the idea of sharing my credit card information again. In the entry foyer, there were ants coming underneath the baseboards. This was an obvious annoyance. Due to how difficult it was to get in contact with the host during registration, we just dealt with it ourselves. Check out procedures are simple to adhere to. Great location. The home itself is wonderful for the most part, but the managing company missed the mark several times.

Nice but won't book again!
Wasn't happy at all! The internet stayed out for a total of 5 days. 1 of the days were on the day we arrived, and the other 4 days was towards the end of our trip. When I reported the problem. Someone came in and took the internet equipment out, brought in a new equipment the next day and left it sitting on the washer. No one came back to fix it until the day of our departure. One of my family members was working from home but couldn't work, couldn't make calls, couldn't receive calls and couldn't watch TV. The phones only worked when we were off the premises. (Thank God we didn't have any serious emergencies). Someone would enter in and out when no one is there! Fire ants stayed in the window of the dining room and in the bathroom in the master bedroom that is adjacent to the pool. We killed 3 spiders. Fire ants was at the community pool. I was bitten/stung on my foot by fire ants. My foot swelled so big I couldn't put my shoe on. 3 little lizards was in the pool area. They were coming in through a hole in the screen by the jacuzzi. The community pool shown in the pictures is not the same. That pool is located in another community within Story Lake. It's not in the same community where this house is located. We were very disappointed. Florida Scandi manager came by as we were leaving only to assure we were leaving and to tell us that Spectrum was here to fix the internet after 4 days of not working. No kind of apology for our inconvenience was given. He stayed in his car!
