Tuscana Resort Orlando is a secure, gated resort, backing onto a beautiful conservation and golf course. With easy access to the I4, the location can't be beat!
Located 15 minutes to the gates of Disney World and overlooking the world famous Champions Gate golf course, this resort is equipped with all the amenities to ensure an enjoyable stay;
- A large heated swimming pool with zero entry, fairly new cabanas (2019) and reclining chairs, separate enclosed kiddie pool and hot tub
- Fitness centre
- Picnic tables, complimentary wifi in unit and within clubhouse available.
There are restaurants and stores located less than a mile away: McDonalds, Chili's, Millers, Red Robin, Panera Bread, Olive Garden, Longhorn Steakhouse, Subway, Pizza Hut, Wendy's, Publix grocery store, and Walgreen’s drug store.
This condo has been freshly renovated with brand new vinyl plank flooring throughout the unit; modern furniture and TVs (August 2016). The living room is cozy and bright with new Ashley furniture, and will provide some much needed R&R after a day golfing or at the parks.
The master bedroom has an extremely comfortable new king sized bed (2021) with a flat screen TV, and DVD player.
The second bedroom also has a comfortable queen sized bed with a flat screen TV, and DVD player.
The third bedroom has a twin/full bunk bed with a twin trundle bed underneath. It can comfortably sleep four people in that room alone. There is also a single-sized pullout futon-chair, TV and DVD player as well.
The kitchen is fully equipped with all the comforts of home- 4 appliances, granite counter tops, new pots and pans, adult/kids cups and plates.

The unit was just described. We had a great stay. It was close to everything communicating with the owner was great. I had an issue. She resolved it right away. I would say the only thing that needs to be improved or better communicated was the TVs in the bedrooms only worked with DVDs, it was not a big deal for us for someone who likes to come back to there To their room and watch TV it was the only downside I would highly recommend it and I will definitely be looking to stay there again on my next trip

Sandra was amazing. She answered all my questions immediately. The only issues I had was the elevator wasn’t working, which was hard unloading, especially for my elderly parents. I would confirm the elevator is working before renting as we were told by someone living there it hasn’t worked in weeks. The other issue was the raccoons around the trash & would come into pool area. They didn’t try to attach or run after you, but still scary with a 3 year old.

So great!
What a great place to stay. We visited Sea World and their subsidiaries and stayed at this property. It was about 20-40 minutes away from the parks depending on traffic - there's no getting around Orlando traffic. The house was equipped with everything and more - toys for the kids, enough plates, a few dishwashing pods & laundry detergent, streaming services on the TVs, and towels. The rooms were cleaned, well taken care of and the condo was spacious. The complex was not overly crowded or noisy. It was a really sweet stay for our family. I'm sure if we visit Orlando again, we'll stay here. It was really blessed.

Overall property was nice and convenient location quick ride to parks I was here for 6days/5nights the listing shows 4 rooms with 2 double bed kids room once arrived it was only 3 rooms and 1 kid room with bunk beds the problem occurred when my kid’s coming running in my room for cockroaches invading there room every time I killed one another after another it was like a family of them I contacted property owner she told me to reach out to the property manager so I did just that property manager told me someone from there pest control team will be out no one never showed up and property manager and owner never reached back out to even see if there team came to properly handle the situation

Great spot!
This condo was beautiful, clean and exactly as pictured! Very close to the pool. We had one issue of a missing coffee pot and was brought to the owners attention and we had a new coffee maker waiting for us when we got back from the park!

We stayed the week of Christmas. The condo was clean and spacious for my family of 5. The kitchen is stocked well with cooking utensils and pans. The bath rooms had plenty of towels. It's located near plenty of restaraunts and a Publix. Disney was around 20 minutes away & Universal was around 40 minutes away with traffic.

The process of renting was very easy…. Great rate and it’s in the best location ever….. I would definitely recommend that the management should pay more attention to the cleaning…. Upon arrival I noticed rather quickly that the floors were not moped and all drawers and cabinets had not been cleaned either…. The master suite needed attention to the windows…. There was a lot of dust and I have allergies so that’s why I noticed it….. we had a great time relaxing and the pool was very nice, although it could’ve been a little cleaner but we went in the evening so I would chuck that up to timing……. I would also suggest maybe smart and TVs…. Having a select of apps to watch movies and or tv shows would entertain the guests when the weather gets bad….. the manager Dee helped me very expeditiously with the malfunction of the AC unit….. overall we enjoyed our stay and would love to come back!!!!! Thanks Sandra and Dee!!

Perfect for our family of 6
We spent the week at Disney and this was the perfect home base! About 25 minutes from the parks with traffic. 2 minutes from groceries and lots of restaurants. Gorgeous pool area. Plenty of space for everyone to sleep comfortably and we were very grateful not to have to bring our own pack and play and booster seat! We would stay here again!

It was a nice size condo, we have three teenage boys so they could all have a space. We stayed here when we went to the Disney parks. It is not far from there and traffic was much better then we expected! There were only a few issues, the lock on the front door is a little weird. I was not sure if it was truly locked at night. I always put something in front of the door when we were in for the night. The other things the owner doesn't have any control over but feel that it should be noted. The bar area in the pool is not open with no future plans of opening (this was told to me by the person in the front office area) Having that area and the theater was one of the reasons that we choose this place. The theater is not is in use either. The bar area is now only used as a storage area for outside furniture. Since there is no plans to open either again, I feel that it should be undated in the site. The people above us were absolutely horrible with letting their kids stomp and run all evening well past midnight. You will hear everything that happens above you. Besides those few things the condo fit our families needs. The owner was very responsive in any communication and we were early coming into Orlando and we're able to get into the condo early.

Great vacation home to stay at
It was located only 20 min away from all the parks which was great! being on the 3rd floor was not a problem at all they had an elevator which was awesome. ONLY 2 things made it sour but it was out of anyones control being the construction on the highway that made coming back to the apartment an extra 45 min. and whatever they were doing inside the complex taking up multiple parking spots in front of the building. but Overall 4/5 stars Whole family loved it ! Definitely would come back again after the construction is done.
