It's more of a motel, than a hotel. Our room was on the 2nd floor of building 3 and we got locked out on night after we returned to our hotel tired with a toddler and a baby. I had to walk all the way to the reception twice carrying my baby and the guy at the reception was upset that he had to come with me to unlock the room for us. Terrible service. The breakfast place is small and is overcrowded. I'm not sure how this place has an exceptional rating. It's very misleading.

This is a recently remodelled hotel. It looks old on thw outside, but new on the inside. They have smart tv on the room and breakfast from 7 to 9:30 am. I liked that it has some areas for the kids. There are somethings that they could do better: 1) the water in the bathroom comes out and the floor is completely wet after a shower. 2) the floor on the room.has humidity and if makes your feet get wet. 3) there is a sales person close to the reception that makes you lose your time offering some things that you don't need. You have to spend 90 minutes of your time with the promise of 150 gift. Too good to be true. It is just a waste of time and I consider this annoying, specially when you are on vacation trying to relax, you dont need somebody who talks and talks and make you lose your time.

The hotel was great and definitely plan to return if ever in the area again. The only concern was lack of fencing around the kids outdoor play area as itā€™s on a small patch of land between the lake and a small pond. Yes while you are with your child the whole time I would imagine if you have more than one child itā€™s hard to keep an eye on all of them at the same time. And drownings can happen very quickly in even a tiny bit of water.

Pros: The views by the lake were excellent, the staff was friendly and the breakfast was solid. The bed was comfy and the amenities were lovely. Cons: The fancy backlight in the bathroom mirror was broken. Pretty minor gripe.

The Palazzo Hotel in Orlando has a mix of strengths and weaknesses, making it suitable for some travelers but not ideal for others. Location: The hotelā€™s location is its best feature. Itā€™s just a short drive from Orlandoā€™s top attractions like Disney World and Universal Studios, with plenty of nearby dining and shopping options, including outlet malls. Business travelers will appreciate its proximity to convention centers. The surrounding area feels safe and accessible, making it great for families and solo travelers alike. Parking: The gated parking lot is secure and well-maintained, providing peace of mind for guests traveling with vehicles. Itā€™s easy to access, adding convenience for those who plan to come and go frequently. Room Size: Rooms are spacious, offering plenty of space for families or groups. The extra room makes it easier to store luggage and relax after a long day. Negatives: Unfortunately, the beds are very firm and uncomfortable, which can make sleeping difficult. The bathroom layout is another drawback, with the sink located inside and no extra one outside, causing inconvenience for families or groups trying to get ready at the same time. The amenities are disappointing, especially the swimming pool, which feels like an afterthought. Breakfast, though clean and well-maintained, has very limited options, making it more functional than enjoyable. Despite renovations, the buildingā€™s age shows, detracting slightly from the overall experience
