The Fairway Retreat 9 bedroom vacation rental home on Champions Gate is an upscale, high end vacation home with an extensive specification and beautiful furnishings. All bedrooms are equipped with ultra-comfortable very high quality mattresses, 7 of the bedrooms have a large screen LCD TV and all rooms have custom décor creating a unique theme for each room. This Platinum home has beds for 27 + 2 pac-n-play cribs (29 in total, cribs are optional and at additional cost). Pool & Spa heat included. 2 Master bedrooms are located on the ground level with adjoining ensuite bathrooms and walk-in showers.

When you arrive at the Fairway Retreat, you will experience a real sense of something special. The exterior features a decorative driveway and walkway pavers, a brick facade and a tiled roof. The interior of the home is professionally decorated and includes a full HD living room 70” HD Smart TV with added premium channels, along with HD Smart TV's in 7 of the 9 bedrooms and a further large HD Smart TV in the loft area. All TV’s are equipped with digital cable. There are also Blu-Ray players in the loft and living areas.

There are 9 bedrooms in total, 5 bedrooms with king beds (each sleep 2), 1 with triple queen beds (sleeps 6), 1 with double queen beds (sleeps 4), 1 twin bedroom (sleeps 2) and 1 bunk bedroom (sleeps 5) – comfortably sleeping up to 27 people in total. The kitchen has upgraded tile and dark wood cabinetry, along with granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances. Your guests can choose to dine at the kitchen bar (that seats 5), at the fabulous large dining room table (that seats 10) or around the outside patio tables (that seat 10).

Outside around the extended block paver deck area are 4 high quality lounge chairs surrounding the sparkling heated pool and hot tub. The pool faces west, which ensures plenty of sun exposure throughout the day with the full width lanai providing a shady retreat from the sun when required. A full width child safety fence is installed in front of the pool, and the whole outside area is under an accessible full width pool screen enclosure. The pool is the largest private pool available in ChampionsGate and enjoys almost total privacy with no rear neighbours. The integrated in-ground hot tub spa, and oversize paver deck, complete the vast outdoor space.

Booster seats, high chairs, a double and single stroller & two Pac ’n’ Play cribs can be provided for the very young ones (NOTE: these items are optional and provided at an additional cost). The game room is equipped with a quality pool table, air-hockey table and arcade basketball, and features a vibrant & colorful décor with an aeronautical theme.

The home is also equipped with unlimited high speed WiFi, Bluetooth music hookup and unlimited long distance calls. The super energy efficient home design ensures your total comfort no matter how warm the Florida sunshine becomes. Dual zone Air Conditioning (A/C) ensures a stable temperature at all times. An outside BBQ grill is optional (additional cost applies).

At the Fairway Retreat, you can enjoy all the amenities of the Oasis Clubhouse & Water Park – included within your stay (Fitness Center, Tiki Bar, Cabanas, Tennis, Resort-Style Pools, Family Pool, Lazy River, Water Slides, Swim-Up Bar, Water Falls, Beach Entry, Theater, beach volleyball). As well, the Clubhouse hosts a Kids Club with daily babysitting services available. There are Theme days, movie days and facilities to host private parties. This is possibly the best on-resort leisure facility in Central Florida. Three golf courses run throughout ChampionsGate, and are available at Course rates.

Orlando 2024 fun
Our huge family had a wonderful time. We were within walking distance to the Champion Gate resort and very close to grocery stores. The house was very clean, the pool temperature was great, the correspondence with our host was super and we had no problem getting into the resort with the QR code we had ahead of time. Thinking about going back next year to the same place.

1st Disney Trip
We had a awesome time. Close to a lot of venues, house fit our big group. The house was awesome pool, hot tub, game room, nice community. Would do it all over again. Hope to be back soon.

Fun family vacation
This 9 bedroom, 5 bathroom home worked out great for my family of 20 to spend a week together. My grandchildren spent a lot of time having fun in the oversized pool and hot tub. The kitchen is well stocked with dishes and cook wear which allowed us to have a lot of family meals at the house. Lots of fun and great memories.

Outstanding!
This house exceeded our expectations. The communications with Andrew were handled quickly. This location was as private as you can find at Champions Gate. We had 8 adults and six children and there was plenty of space. We went to Disney World three days. The drive was about 25 minutes depending on traffic. We asked the kids what was their favorite part of their vacation. The pool and hot tub always ranked near the top, as did the pools in the Oasis Clubhouse. Perfect stay and would highly recommend this house for anyone with large families. Thanks Andrew!

Destination Wedding
Our son recently got married at Walt Disney World. We all traveled from the West Coast, so when we got in we were all exhausted. The house was perfect! There were 22 of us and there was plenty of room for everyone. Mr. Sweetenham was a wonderful host, very attentive with issues or questions. The house was clean, comfortable and absolutely wonderful. We had a wonderful time!!

The home and pool were very nice. Plenty of room for everyone (we only had 12 people). My only complaint is there are practically no supplies provided. Be prepared to bring your own toilet paper, paper towels, dish detergent, laundry detergent (yes you need this because you have to wash all towels before you leave), garbage bags, etc. We were only there for the weekend and still needed to buy it all. You are informed of this in the myriad of rules you receive after the booking, but it is not in the listing.

AMAZING EPERIE
This house is absolutely AMAZING!! Everything is as described and as shown in the photos. The house was very spacious and accommodated our large group wonderfully. The kids enjoyed the game room, and the entire family was able to enjoy the pool and patio area. Andrew was great as well! He was kind, helpful, and responded promptly to all of our messages before, during, and after our trip! My family thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property!!

The whole process from booking through to our arrival and stay was brilliant. The pool was an absolute joy. Part way through the holiday we booked extra buggies as all the parks involved a lot of walking. If your interested in the club house I would suggest you try in the first few days as it took a while to register. The house was well presented and the beds were really comfortable, the whole house was well resourced with everything you needed. Locally there are plenty of shops and restaurants within a few miles and Uber taxis’s were very reasonably priced and extremely efficient and reliable. The house made a holiday of a lifetime perfect.

Perfect size home very clean and well maintained. Hot tub did not work for the first three days and my frustration was only that my agent texted me how to work it as if I was not smart enough to know how to simply turn the timer dial With that said the did come and repair it on Monday. My only other complaint would be the lack of kitchen towels for washing and drying 24 people and to dish towels simply doesn’t make sense. Overall a very relaxing stay.

We had an amazing time. There was everything we needed there. We did notice a few things that we wrong upon arrival but we texted these to the owner to let him know. I guess I would just hope everything worked and the damage was communicated before getting there. We had six families in the house and it was very acccommodating.

Perfect stay. The property presented just as it was listed…spacious and well equipped. The location was great as well. We enjoyed every minute here over the Thanksgiving weekend. I specifically want to mention how pleased we were with the mgmt of this property. Responses were immediate and thorough. Everything was a non-issue because of mgmt’s ability to quickly respond to texts and calls.. Everyone was extremely pleasant and helpful. I will definitely look for properties from this host and mgmt group in the future. Thank you!

Great house in a great community!
We’ve stayed at Champions Gate a hand full of times and this rental was by far the best we have had. The whole process was easy and effortless. It can sometimes take long to get checked in at the gate of this community, Andrew made it easy for us all by ensuring we had access ahead of our check in time. The house was clean and well maintained. We were visiting for a Friendsgiving where we cooked thanksgiving dinner for a group of 20 and the house had almost everything we needed in the kitchen. Great stay and we will definitely be looking for more rentals from this lister in the future.

OVerall good property. There were some issues but they were addressed timely. The only 2 that were not addressed was a fan with a short that tripped the breaker often, and the flooring that was recently installed was not done properly and it cracked on the stairway. Nothing that could be corrected immediately.

Perfectly clean and comfortable retreat
The Fairway Retreat was perfect for our family reunion of 23 people. The home is very spacious and everything was of high quality (furnishings, linens, decor, housewares) and as expected. It was a bonus to have high chairs and portable cribs available for the babies in our group. We had a really positive experience renting from Andrew. He is very organized, responsive and thorough/ clear in his communications/expectations. Reminders of expectations were tastefully posted around the house. Champions Gate is a great location (20 min. to most theme parks) with great amenities (club house, lazy river, golf course, etc.). Shopping, Target, movie theatre, groceries, restaurants are only 5–10 min. away.

Beautiful property, But…have to wash all the towels before leaving?!
House, pool area was great! House had plenty of dishes, pots and pans, was very clean. A few roaches but remember it’s Florida..they came in and sprayed.. My only problem was the check out rules. All towels had to be washed, since checkout was at 10 am and we all had to get ready for airport plus our stay was for a week (10 people) which with this quality of a property.. I think that was a very unnecessary check out rule. It didn’t give us towels to shower with getting ready to leave !? My advice to Andrew is to change that. It’s a 9 bedroom house.. do the math with towel laundry.

Promptly responded to some concerns
First and foremost Mr. Sweetenham and his maintenance guys were responsive friendly and due to them alone they get 4stars..there were some cleanliness issues like the decorative pillows were dirty, hair on pillows, wood panels close to the box springs had hair dust and bottle caps, ceiling fans dusty, lights kept shutting off in the room with the the 3 queen beds, and the air not cool in that room or the room next to it and unfortunately 3 roaches and a a few ants. BUTTTTT i took pictures of things and sent emails to Mr. Sweetenham and he had his team come and spray, cleaned a prior stain on the down stairs rug. His guys were going to do the fans but i advised them it could wait until we left. The house is nice and the pots pans and dishes are the best i have had in a vrbo home. All in all my family enjoyed our stay the customer service we truly appreciated

Terrible check-in experience but nice stay
The house was very clean and exactly what we were expecting - Lots of rooms and great spaces and a nice pool. Overall, we had a great time. However, I do have to mention that there were a couple negatives. First, as soon as we got there we had to run out to the store to buy toilet paper, hand soap, dish soap and paper towels. After a 20 hour drive, And paying a lot for the house, I was disappointed that those items were not provided in the home. Secondly, the garbage was an issue. Very strict rules on how many bags per day. With a large group this was a challenge. Thirdly, the check in process was terrible. When we arrived we were told at the front gate Of the neighborhood that we could not get into our reserved home. The gate keepers stated that despite our confirmation and reservation that we provided that they would not allow us through the gate because according to them, “someone else is in the house.” Again, we drove 20 hours with a group of 18 people. We were panicking! We called the landlord over and over to check what the problem was. We were at the mercy of his availability and I t was late on a Sunday night. It was over an hour of waiting with children and infants in our party Sitting at the gate to the neighborhood before we heard back. I guess a computer glitch between the property management and the neighborhood was the issue. The property manager had to call the neighborhood to communicate. Our confirmation and registration that we had was not good enough for them to let us through. In the end, the house was not being used and all was fine. So I guess my complaint is not about the house, but with the neighborhood community the house is in and the lack of communication (or trust) Between the two. We experienced very unneeded anxiety at the beginning of our trip. However, we did enjoy the home and had a great stay.

My family and i had a great time. The house was beautiful and clean. It fit all my family and friends that came to celebrate with us. The one thing is that the living room furniture is beautiful but needs to be fixed. When you sit on it you aink down to the floor almost. It just needs to be refurbished as it is beautiful and big. We had the best time though.
