Our elegant five bedroom, five bath villa features a private saltwater pool and raised spa with waterfall on an enclosed and large lanai for complete relaxation after a long day at the parks. Gas BBQ grill for outdoor family BBQ fun and sun.

FAMILY AREA AND GAMEROOM
Beautifully appointed living/family room features a 65" Smart TV, BlueStream Cable TV. Stream your own subscriptions or watch cable tv. Converted garage features private gameroom features a pool table and air hockey table for more family time enjoyment.

FIVE BEDROOMS -- SANCTUARIES
Five bedrooms -- each with its own bathroom for maximum privacy and comfort. No fighting over bathrooms! Two of the bedrooms are elegant master king suites with ensuite shower rooms on the lower floor. A queen-sized master, also on the lower floor, has an adjacent bathroom with tub/shower. The other two bedrooms, on the upper floor, are junior twins suites: one Mickey-Mouse-themed twins room (with 2 twin beds) and 1 "Finding Dory" themed twins room (with 2 twin beds). The master beds are topped with plush two to three inch Lucid memory foam mattress toppers for the ultimate in sleeping comfort. Junior suites have memory foam mattresses. Each bedroom has its own flat panel TV with cable and DVD player.

KITCHEN & stainless steel kitchen featuring energy-star appliances including an extra large French door refrigerator, 4 burner glasstop stove with oven, microwave and dishwasher. Well-equipped to prepare meals for large families in style and well-situated open style to keep an eye on little ones and join in all the fun.

WINDSOR HILLS -- 5-STAR RESORT CLOSEST TO DISNEYWORLD
Disney Dream Villa is located inside the 5-star Windsor Hills resort community, the closest private gated and guarded resort to Disneyworld -- just 2 miles!
We provide complimentary access to all of the 5-star Windsor Hills resort amenities including the massive lagoon pool with enclosed, new spiral waterslide and water play area, 48 seat private movie theater (you choose the movie), tropical clubhouse with games room, arcade room, fitness center and sundry shop. The resort also features tennis, basketball and sand volleyball courts, putting greens, children's play areas (including an amazing castle play area, picnic areas and more).
IMPORTANT! The resort lagoon pool will be closed for refurbishment from September 6 to October 6, 2024! Everything else will be open and operating at the clubhouse!!

The house was amazing in all areas. Could maybe use more seating in the living room as we had a couple of rainy days & not enough seating for the adults . Pool was great & got a lot of use. Really enjoyed our stay.

Wonderful Disney Trip
We had a wonderful stay at the property. Everything was as described. Excellent communication with host. Check in and out were super easy. A problem with the air conditioner was handled very efficiently. The only minor suggestion I have is more towel bars in the master bath to hang towels to dry. Thank you for a wonderful trip!

We had a wonderful stay at the house! The pool, hot tub and patio area was perfect. The screened fence made me feel safe with having little ones! The house was equipped nicely especially for kids. The community pool was nice too! Janine was extremely responsive and kind host. Would highly recommend staying!
