Welcome to our luxurious private villa in the beautiful Emerald Island Resort located within minutes from Disney and other main attractions in the Central Florida area. Located off the famous US 192 tourist corridor, the visitors find themselves surrounded by every amenity imaginable. Restaurants, groceries, big box stores and a host of other businesses and activities are within miles of our vacation home. With only just over an hour's drive to enjoy the Florida coast, our home's location will make whatever type of vacation you have in mind (theme parks, beaches, golf courses) easy to accomplish.


As you drive up through the winding, palm lined road with the colonnaded entry, you will be amazed at the dramatic entrance to this gated enclave. Once through the front gates, you will feel as if you have entered a special preserve...Emerald Island is surrounded by a Conservation Area and encompasses over 300 acres with 11 heavily wooded acres right in the middle of the community. It is just the beginning of the grandeur that awaits you at our home!


Our luxury villa consists of 6 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms. This home has been updated in late 2020 including new laminate floors in the upstairs bedrooms, a movie theatre added to the fully air-conditioned garage and fresh painting throughout the house. The south facing backyard is private, includes your own pool and spa, covered porch and lanai.

[KITCHEN AND DINING] Our kitchen is equipped to make your vacation feel comfortable and at ease. Small appliances including a drip coffee maker, a Kuerig machine, blender, toaster, slow cooker, and air fryer are available for your use. A large island makes gathering for Happy hour or a casual meal quite inviting. Our large, beautiful dining room will provide the ambiance for loved ones to enjoy each other in a more formal setting.


[PRIVATE POOL & SPA] Our backyard boasts a covered porch, large, heated pool and spa all under a connected Lanai to provide the ultimate Florida backyard experience! The property is south facing so will receive a large amount of sun through the entire day. A large outdoor TV is mounted on the wall to enjoy the big game or must-see events while enjoying the backyard. Plenty of seating is available including loungers for those sun worshippers in your group! There is a pool safety fence that is set up for your arrival that is not in the pictures.


[ENTERTAINMENT] Our home includes a newly renovated, fully airconditioned Movie Theatre with a 120inch screen to enjoy movies and video games on! Perfect for a family movie or for the kids to disappear and enjoy while the adults relax on the large sectional couch in the family room. There is a large Smart TV mounted in the family room. Each bedroom has a flat screen TV to enjoy as well as a large Smart TV outside under the covered porch. Cable and WIFI are available throughout the house. The Pool table is a terrific way to have some competitive fun while enjoying your vacation with friends and family.

My family and I had a wonderful stay with our two dogs. The area is very nice, great restaurants and close to Disney parks which was the main reason for our visit. The neighborhood is very quiet which is very nice and we couldn't ask for a better host/owner than Chris. Thanks again Chris for an enjoyable week !!! Hope to be back in the near future.

The perfect getaway
I cannot thank Chris enough for being a great host. The size and cleanliness of the home exceeded our expectations. Everything we needed was there. We prepared in case there wasn't enough, but actually brought home unopened supplies. The rooms were immaculate and spacious. This allowed all 7 of us to have some decompression time after a full day at the parks. Our host, Chris, kept the lines of communication open. If i had a question, he responded promptly. Plus he was really accommodating and hospitable, which is a rare find these days. If given the opportunity, I would go there again. We really appreciated you, Chris!!

Best family vacation we’ve ever had 💛
I can’t say enough great things about Chris and his amazing house…it is beautiful, clean, spacious, absolutely insanely close to Disney & just the best VRBO we have ever stayed in. This house is in a gorgeous, gated, well maintained neighborhood and we felt completely safe & protected the entire time. Chris’ neighbors are kind and everything was quiet & perfect for relaxing. The proximity to Disney is second to none. We would go to the parks in the morning, come back to the house & eat & swim and then go back to the parks in the evenings. Perfect! The theater room was our family’s favorite place and we watched a movie in there every single day. It felt like a true movie theater with cool speakers & seats. The pool table is so fun and my boys loved it. Every one having their own bedroom and bathroom made getting ready each day so easy. The pool is gorgeous! The outdoor TV was so fun to watch Disney movies on while we swam and we even cooked out one day. The kitchen has a Viking fridge and I especially loved having a Keurig! I truly can’t wait to go back and I will never ever forget the memories made here at this very special home. Thank you so much Chris! You are by far the best VRBO host we’ve ever had!

The home was perfect for our family. We enjoyed the Pool and Hot Tub when we came back from the Parks and on a couple down days to just relax. The house was great! We enjoyed our time. You were responsive and helpful. Our only real complaint was the cleanliness… I owned my own cleaning company for years. When you said you had a crew come in and clean I thought perfect! While it was surface clean, spelled like bleach when we walked in… the baseboards, doors, all decorations and wall decor, some toilets, blinds and showers were not clean. The fans need to be balanced as most of them tick. Can be a little annoying. Dishwasher bottom rack is broken. Hard to load and unload. Upstairs bedroom closest to chair., remote/tv didn’t work. Someone put the air fryer away filthy.., As current business owners ourselves, we just wanted to make you aware. Thank you for sharing your home. We made some wonderful memories in Kissimmee! Dawn

Lovely house!
Chris’s home was great! Getting to Disney was quick and easy, and whenever we weren’t there, we were in the pool! The kids and teens loved the movie theater room! All the bedrooms were spacious. The decor is a bit dated, and the various tv and overhead lighting remotes were confusing, but overall this was a lovely property. The HOA is very nit-picky on parking, so if you drive duallie pickup trucks like we do, consider finding another option for parking or another property in a different neighborhood. But even so, I would stay here again! Chris was wonderful to work with and absolutely goes above and beyond for his guests.

Family Getaway
This is an amazing property and Chris was a great host! Our group was comprised of 4 couples ranging in age from 29 to 60+ along with a 21 and 10 year old. With 4 bedrooms that have an en suite bathroom this home accommodated our group perfectly. Add to that the incredible amenities that this house provides makes this the perfect getaway!
