Centrally-located on the serene and beautiful Lake Bryan is our escape from reality. Disney World is right around the corner too. This home away from home includes all of these amenities; tiki bar, 3 heated swimming pools, spa and kiddie pool, waterfront allows jet skis, motor boats, fishing and water skiing, fitness center, game room, a mini golf course right outside, and a 24/7 concierge service. We can't wait to see you soon!

Great view
This was our 5 th stay at the blue heron and the second time we have rented through vrbo. The unit has had some updates in comparison to the regular facility rentals. I did contact the owner about an issue with outlets and the dvd player not working, nothing was done. The place was clean and if youā€™re going to the parks and eating out all the time itā€™s a great choice. However we hang by the incredible pool on the property and enjoy the view and just relax. The unit could have used a few more utensils and sone attention to details. ( we actually bought some at the dollar store and left them ) overall itā€™s a good value if your a family exploring the parks .

Overall a nice place very close to Disney
My daughter was at Disney for a dance event and this property gave us easy access to her and to Disney. Overall the place was very clean and well-equipped, my only negative feedback is that the cabinets are a little beat up, but really not a big deal. The listing didn't say that there is an in-unit washer and dryer but there is which is a bonus. The property itself is very nice and comfortable, the pools are nice. The primary bedroom could use some better blinds to keep the light out but that is very minor. My husband, son and I were very comfortable at the property and would definitely stay again.

Stay was okay, unit needs upkeep
Weā€™ve stayed at blue heron before and we love the property. The location is great and the management company usually does a good job. Unfortunately, this unit does need some routine maintenance; and although it did not ruin our stay, it was definitely an inconvenience at times. The dishwasher leaks water all over the kitchen, the dryer makes a terrible noise while running, the jacuzzi tub in the bedroom has a broken drain spout so it doesnā€™t hold water, and the toilet in the bedroom often wonā€™t flush- sometimes youā€™ll need to wait for the tank to refill and try again (or again.) Overall, there was nothing wrong with the communication with the owner, but itā€™s obvious this unit hasnā€™t been looked over in a while.
