Awesome value
Spotless house, great amenities, sooo much room. Resort area has great pools and activities. Reasonably close to most Orlando attractions. Value vs price, Can't Go Wrong!

Very nice stay 😃
Our stay was very nice, we tried our best not to use any items on the property, but had to use and wash a set of the sheets in one of the kids room, my granddaughters got sick, we made sure everything got cleaned up, and unfortunately some of our guests couldn't come so we only used 2 of the rooms in the house, and we made sure everything was back the way we found it, we really enjoyed our stay, hopefully we can get the same unit next year.

Wonderful vacation townhouae
This townhouse was a great place. We were happy with everything. It was nice having our own pool if we wanted to stay in or the resort water park area during the day for more fun. Location wasn't bad for Disney or Universal. Pictures and description was very accurate. It had everything we needed and more!

Summer Vacation
We had a great summer vacation at this home and celebrated Christmas in July during our stay. We have stayed in this community 3 times in the last year and this home was our favorite home we have stayed in. It is was walking distance to the club house, was clean, and the management company was very responsive with any questions or concerns. We look forward to staying at this property in the future

Pleasant stay
Soon as you walk in the house was just as pictured everything was neat and clean the community was very nice. Enough cookware to enjoy a family meal. Just a comfortable atmosphere and will be looking to rent again. Chris and Elaine responded back as soon I reached out awesome customer service. The host was very nice even in my last minute add on. You will not be disappointed.

Overall our stay was good. However the nught we arrived the guard at gate informed us our names we not on the check in list for our condo address and that had to be fixed became the next guard may not let us through the gate. It was after hours so we had to wait until the next day to get that straightened out. The condo had a few un clean areas such as hair in bathroom floors and some dog hair on the sheets in kids room top bunk bed. The location was nice and nice resort overall.

Great stay
The place was clean and I loved all the extras that came with staying in the condo like the community pool, arcade, and putt-putt. The only downfall was the walls had a lot of scratches and even some small wholes. But 10/10 would definitely stay there again.

Beautiful home, great location
We had a great stay here. The house was clean and beautiful inside. The owner was always quick in responding to questions. The location is great. It’s an easy drive to Disney World and an easy walk to the clubhouse. We could have used some more towels and dish towels in the kitchen. But, other than that it was perfect. We would definitely stay here again.

Perfect location
The decor throughout the house put you in the Disney mood. We did text the property manager but did not get a response. One suggestion for the property manager is to have the cleaners wash the comforters between clients. The main bedroom had what appeared to be a blood stain on it. Also, my daughter found moldy sasuage in the microwave.

Nice property
The property was what I expected.Had some trouble getting issues handled.I had reported some minor issues that never where taken care of like the lights around the ceiling of the Star Wars room{ not an issue because we didn`t need that room,the light above the stairs is hanging.Just minor issues to us but could be a problem for someone else.The checkout list left in the house was somewhat different than the one I received from the owner where we were instructed to strip bedding and the one I received from the owner told us not to strip the beds.A little confusing.All in all was a nice stay.

Fabulous!!
This condo was awesome! It is exactly as pictured with the themed rooms and cute decor. It’s so spacious and comfy. My family and I loved it and had no complaints at all. The private pool was so nice. We were busy at Disney and a drive to the beach so we missed enjoying the resort amenities. If/when we come back, we will stay here again! The host was great and very responsive.

Wonderful resort for families
It was a wonderful place to stay but I have to be honest that the communication with the host was not very good. I know that there was a glitch, but I sent so many texts and phone calls before we finally got an answer. Also, it was a wonderful home but very basic supplies. The kitchen had no dishtowels or dish cloths or even a sponge. The steps were stained and really needed to be cleaned. We didn't even have a washcloth. I don't want to discourage anyone from staying here because we had an amazing time but maybe there could be a little attention to the little things. We did love our stay, it was a very nice home and again, the resort was amazing and having our own pool was wonderful for the kids.

You Get What You Pay For, Will Not Stay Again
I will start with the positive- good location to the community pool & good space for 10 people. The description is a new townhome, but this place looks anything but new. It looks like it has had its fair share of customers- carpets are horribly dirty, bed comforters had a smell, & could tell the showers do not get scrubbed. It really needs a deep cleaning. There was trash in the bin at the front door when we got there so not sure if not emptied or someone stuck there trash in there, but on day 3 of our visit I did reach out to the property manager to ask about emptying it because it was getting full. There is a $50 charge if they need to pick up sooner. The property manager explained their process- it gets emptied before each visit, then asked if the trash was bagged properly. I am on vacation, I do not feel like going through the trash bin to see if bagged properly, nor did I feel like having to have back and forth conversation about trash. I guess my perspective is, that is your job as a property manager. Needless to say, the trash did not get picked early. The first night we were there, an argument could be heard at 3:30 in the morning with a close neighbor, woke us up and belongings of theirs was on the grass the next day. Not a huge deal, stuff happens, but then our 1st time at the pool the police showed up because there was an incident at the pool. All seemed fine and I do not know the details. Those 2 things in a short amount of time made me feel a little unsafe.
