Luxurious house at Rolling Hills. 4.5 miles to Disney. Excellent location next to Disney.
Bedding arrangements are TWO King master suites w/ en-suite baths. Two twin beds in bedrooms three and four sharing a hallway full bath .
TV's in Family Room and ALL bedrooms. TV in Family Room is 65 inch smart TV.
Pool and deck overlook lake.
Games equipment in garage: pool table and foosball.
Pets welcome. Free Wi-Fi.
Great location for Disney area vacation.
Pool heat is optional at $40 per night for number of nights’ house reserved.
Absolute maximum occupancy 8 persons.
Hot Tub heated free of charge. Tiled throughout the house.

Lovely home, close to Disney, pool & hottub
The house is in a great location just minutes from Disney. Quiet neighborhood. House is decorated nicely and was very clean. We paid to heat the pool in December, totally worth it. Hottub was great after long days at Disney. Host had great communication and worked well with us to help and answer questions.

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. It was clean and plenty of room for 4 adults and two kids. We really liked the fact it was pet friendly. We took advantage of the pool and hot tub every day and the view of the sunset and pond with water feature from the pool area was amazing!

Beautiful stay close to Disney
The house is very clean and close to the parks. The property backs up to a lake with a fountain that is lit in different colors at night. It is beautiful. We had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend it.

One of our favorite places yet. Great house in a nice community near Disney. The house had everything we needed with plenty of space for everyone. No issues with the house at all but the property manager was very responsive when we reached out to her. I would book again.

Great property owners
This was a difficult trip for us because my mother passed away and she was supposed to come with us. The amount of compassion and caring the owners showed was amazing. It made the trip so much easier. Mom always booked with them and we will continue to do so.

Great location!
This is a great location to visit Epcot Park. I hate a long drive back to a rental after walking around the parks in the heat all day. This was a very short drive. Many restaurants to choose from and great shopping 2 miles away from the house. Pool and hot tub were much appreciated after walking all day. House was very well taken care of. Would definitely recommend!

Great Location and Neighborhood
The house was perfect for and my husband and me. It was a little cool for swimming but the hot tub was enjoyed daily. Having the lake in the back yard sold us on the house as my husband enjoyed taking pictures of the various birds that visited the lake. We played golf at the Disney courses frequently which were easy to get to. There is no carpet in the house which is a plus if you bring a dog. Could not have asked for a more responsive management when questions arose.

The place was just what we needed since it was pet friendly. I was pleasantly surprised how nice it was and it didn't have odors of pets. Of course following Wrex made it clear there were animals there in the past. Maria and Andy were the BEST! Accomodating since we first booked answering our questions as soon as they could. We will definitely head back when we need something pet friendly in the Kissimmee area! Thank you both and your son too!

Great place to stay
Maria and Andy are the perfect hosts. Responsive when you need them but leave you on your own otherwise. We have had some hosts try to schedule major repair work while we are staying, which can ruin your stay. The neighborhood is very quiet, clean and safe. Property has most everything you need. Anything missing can be found at Target, Publix or Wal-Mart nearby. Restaurants, parks and golf are all nearby. Very convenient neighborhood. This property was probably the cleanest we have ever stayed at. Great stay. You can't go wrong.

Clean, Close to parks and Everything as expected
This property is exactly as advertised and more. My family and I took our first disney vacation and stayed at this property and from the moment we walked in we knew we made the right choice. The home was very clean and everything was neatly placed as if we walked in to a 5 star hotel. We had them heat the pool (extra charge) but was totally worth it as the temperatures at night would have made the water too cold to go in during the day. The bedrooms and bathrooms were clean, they have strollers to use to take to the parks and plenty of extras to make the stay worth while. Home is no more than a 15 minute drive to all the parks and you have the benefit of not having to share space with any of the other park goers when you stay on property. House is located in a quiet friendly neighborhood. I would definitely book this property again.

The house was perfect for our stay. The little touches were so thoughtful and very welcoming. So close to the parks too. As well has stores and restaurants. The owners were prompt with communications and attentive to our needs. I would highly recommend this place!!

Perfect house, close to Disney!
We loved your house! It was perfect for us to spread out and relax after long park days at Disney. And so, so close to the parks and shops/restaurants. The cute welcome sign was also a sweet surprise when we checked in. Thank you & we highly recommend to others in the Orlando/Dosney area.

Everything was clean and neat. Loved the back patio view of the lake. Didn’t use the pool or hot tub but they were in good condition. Patio furniture was nice. Everything worked well with no problems.
