Enjoyed our trip
The location was perfect, and the amenities were great for the trip. There were some issues with ants in our bathroom, and issues with the facilities that were outside the host’s control. Overall, very happy.

Great Unit and a convenient location
Unit was a very great rental. The only thing that we found lacking was that there is no garbage cans when we got there, however, the hotel staff took care of that right away! Break, conveniently located to universal theme, parks, and very close to numerous dining options. Would highly recommend this again.

Great location and property
Very nice hotel and it was right outside of Universal. Only thing we didn't like was not being able to lower a/c at night. It would not go below 68, but its fine for others. We just like it a little colder when we sleep.

The space was clean and welcoming! Check in was very easy and the resort has security on site which is a plus! You even need your key card to enter building where the rooms are. They have a game room and all facilities needed.

Not what I expected
This wasn’t the same as any of my past Vrbo experiences. This was just a time share/ hotel type stay. The master bath toilet was clogged when we arrived and fixed the next morning by maintenance. Living room television was mounted to the back wall of the entertainment center and couldn’t be adjusted. It was leaning forward, angled to floor and I was worried it would fall down. The couch in the living area was hard plastic-leather material that was very old, cut up with tears. We covered it with a blanket to sit on. The second bedroom light globe on the ceiling fan was hanging side ways. I visit this area 5-6 times a year and will not be returning to this place. This was a first of about 25 experiences with Vrbo. All of my other stays were great!

Quiet Week @ Westgate
Overall, nice stay. Response to needing necessary items was fast. There was some work being done in the nighttime hours, loud cutting but it didn’t last long so we didn’t get too bothered. They were very nice and I knew that if I asked, they would have taken care of it. Gave me late check out and overall, nice place to stay with family. We chose outdoor walking and running instead of the gym since it was small and limited (very active family).

Nice place but uncomfortable queen bed.
I was very disappointed at how uncomfortable the mattress was in the main bedroom. Also, water drainage was slow in bathroom sinks, and the den space could’ve used more seating like an accent chair or loveseat.

Unfortunate series of events
We had some unfortunate surprises: trash in all trash cans when we arrived (one trash was full of food items so the place had a smell), there was a queen bed and not 2 twin beds (fortunately the kids were not with us), the remotes did not work well for the tv's, and the worst part we booked for 6 days and only got to stay 3. Even though we got conformation, it got messed up and the owner gave us a refund and said everything is now a different price and there is so availability. When I talked to the front desk, they started the room is available for those dates, but they cannot give it to me for the price he did. They said he can book it for that price and we can stay in the room. He lied and said it is not available. I recommend using a different owner.
