First Vrbo experience
We had no serious issues with the property itself. Our main problems were in communicating with the property manager. Some of our emails were unattended to. Some information was mixed up by the "Front Desk". We had no idea that our property was hidden way beyond the first properties in "Hidden Forest". It certainly was "hidden" and it set us in panic mode immediately upon arrival. Not a great way to start our vacation. We liked the property and how clean and spacious it was but we were disappointed with the TV service. It was difficult to navigate for people who are not familiar with "Spectrum" TV service and "Live TV." We were also disappointed to see how small the pool was when we arrived. There was no prior indication of how small it was 10' X 10' approximately. We had to send 3 emails to Front Desk before we got the pool heated--2 days after it was supposed to start. And we were charged for the full duration of our stay when we ordered it for only 7 of the 14 days there. Dealing with the property manager (e.g. Front Desk) left us with a sour taste in our mouth with this particular group.
