Relax in the luxury of your own private villa, sunbathe by the pool or dine al fresco in the cool shade of the poolside lanai. The pool is a larger than standard model, with a child safety fence (which is removable by adults if required), and has a large deck, spa and shaded lanai area. The lanai has a large patio dining table, ideal for breakfast by the pool, and there are seats and loungers to soak up the Florida sunshine. All doors leading to the pool area are alarmed. The villa lounge comprises of a 55 inch smart TV with Neflix and Youtube, etc. with free internet wireless access, Two leather sofa's providing plenty of room for everyone to relax in comfort. The dining table seats 8, the kitchen nook has seating for 4 and additional seating for 4 is available at the kitchen counter. Each bedroom (King, Queen and two twins) has ensuite bathrooms and showers, flat screen TV's. We also provide - bathroom towels, pool / beach towels, hair dryers in each bathroom, pak-n-play, buggy and high chair, full laundry facilities and ironing board. The games room has an upright arcade machine, pool table, foosball table and an air hockey table. The villa is in the secure, gated 5 star Windsor Hills resort, which provides facilities such as community swimming pool, gymnasium, cinema and shop / bar / cafe. Windsor hills is only 2 to 4 miles from all the Disney parks, and is the nearest vacation rental resort to Disney's main entrance.

Great location, near the parks (12-20 mins), restaurants and food stores. Beautiful gated community, clean and safe. The house was great for my family, clean, as described, well stocked. Pool area and toys were a hit. Would stay again.

Amazing stay
We have stayed at windsor hills for many years with this being our first stay at Gary's villa. It well exceeded our expectations and was well equipped house for our week vacation.

Perfect vacation home
Our family loved this home to stay in for our Disney vacation. It was close to everything, only minutes away from Walmart, and a quick drive to Disney. The pool and hot tub were the perfect relaxation to come back to after a day at the parks.

We had a family vacation here while enjoying Disney World and Discovery Cove. The house was huge and the kids really enjoyed the arcade in the garage room. We all enjoyed the pool and I loved that it was heated and ready to enjoy when we arrived. We'd stay here again!

Great location and an amazing house layout
Great location for accessing all of the Disney parks. The Windsor hills facilities are amazing. The house has a great layout with all bedrooms and bathrooms on the same floor, and each bathroom attached to a bedroom. Very nice stay, perfect for the family. The games room was a hit, a lot of entertainment for the whole family after days at the parks or by the pool. House is well outfitted with most things you will need.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!
We stayed here while visiting Disney World. The house was just minutes away from the parks, and we were very happy with it. The pool - pool toys included - was great, the kids wanted to swim every day. The games room was also a big hit with the kids. The kitchen had all the cooking items we needed, even a blender! Honestly, we were saying that next time we should plan some days off from WDW to have more time to relax at the house.

Great property, one of the best that I have rented. Very clean, lots of space for group, beautiful resort. Game room was a big hit. Owner was very kind. Willing to answer questions. He left a book for any problem that may have occurred. Which is a wonderful idea more owners should adopt. All I can say is Bravo !!!

Great Property well appointed really nice Villa, Superb Location for Disney and Entertainment, Restaurants. Windsor Hills Resort Immaculate grounds well kept Clubhouse Facilities very Good and with it's Security Gate Team felt very safe. Al in All we had one of the best Orlando Florida Holidays during our stay here would certainly book this Villa again!

Great Home to Stay At for Disney
Spent over a week here and really enjoyed the property and location. Great for a single or 2 small families. Needs to some minor things done (light in stove, batteries in remote) and anything that was really wrong they fixed right away. Property managers are very good.

Eight family members stayed for a week and had the most enjoyable time. House is clean, and the amenities are close to the home and a short distance from Disney World. The children enjoyed the heated pool and the water park on-site. This home was spacious and had all the amenities we needed. I must also emphasize how clean and well-maintained the house was.

Our family absolutely loved this property! The amenities both on the property and within the community were amazing. We appreciated how clean and inviting the home was, how kind and attentive both the owner and property manager were and all of the things that were included that made our stay comfortable! We did bring extra things for our family such as toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap and laundry detergent as we stayed a week, but we were still very happy with the property and what was provided!
