I didn’t like the breakfast bracelet idea I didn’t like the worker staring at me and I definitely didn’t like being locked out at pool for over a hour because my key card wouldn’t work .but other than that the hotel is great it’s very under construction but wasn’t loud or annoying

Avoid for Now – A Messy Construction Zone with Cheap Renovations This hotel is in the middle of renovations, and it’s an absolute mess. Construction materials are scattered everywhere, and nothing seems to be properly organized. They claim to have renovated rooms, but it’s clear they’re cutting corners. My room looked newly updated, but everything felt cheap and poorly done. Worse, the entire room reeked of fresh paint, making it uncomfortable to stay in. The elevator was out of service, forcing guests to take the stairs, which was a major inconvenience. On top of that, the bathroom water never got truly hot—just stayed lukewarm, making showers unpleasant. The only thing this hotel has going for it is the location, but that’s not enough to make up for the chaos. Until renovations are properly completed and these issues are addressed, I wouldn’t recommend staying here. It’s just not worth the hassle.

It is being remodeled so it looks like it is going to be nice. They greeted you. The breakfast was decent and enough tables but they made you wear an uncomfortable plastic bracelet to eat breakfast, never had to do that at a regular hotel. It was a struggle for enough towels everyday, only 2 bath and 1 washcloth supplied was not enough for four people and one was not family. There was a sofabed bed in a separate room which was really nice. It was important to us to get a hotel w shuttle but they say theres a shuttle but its only drops off at one park and an hour after you need to be there so we paid $30 a day to park instead so that was a huge disappointment

They were undergoing a remodel when we stayed so things were a little cluttered with boxes but that's understandable. We had an old style room. I could see into the other rooms when we walked past as they were working on them and they look like they are going to be awesome. Even our not remodeled room was very good. Much better than others that I have stayed at in the area. We had a little mishap with housekeeping one day and the front staff was super supportive and really listened. The breakfast was very good. The kids and I loved it. We will definitely look into staying here when when go back to Disney. It's a very good clean place to stay.

I think the hotel is going under so updated. The main lobby already looks beautiful clean and welcoming. If they’re updating it, they still have a lot more to go. The location is perfect the only $3 toll we paid was when we were coming from the airport and going back. The rooms are dark and need to be updated. The carpet in the rooms is really dirty. The staff are great, I can’t wait to see what it’ll look like when it’s remodeled (if that’s the plan) .

This property is under renovation and it was not disclosed at the time of booking. It also advertised free shuttles to the nearby Disney Parks, which was misleading and very limiting. They only had 1 shuttle to 1 park that came mid morning and then stopped at a few other hotels as well. We didn't even get to the park until around 10 in the morning. We would not have booked this property had those details been disclosed and we feel we were mislead.

The property you see in pictures is not what you will find. It has potential to be beautiful, but is undergoing renovations which caused lots of clutter in common areas, foul odor, as well as a dated and dirty room. There was not enough staff to meet very basic requests despite their best efforts. We asked for additional towels and bedding for the pull out sofa at our 3:00pm check in and at 11:00pm someone knocked on the door and left a plastic bag of linens. The beds were only covered in a sheet and the pullout couch mattress pad was stained, dirty, and the mattress had a spring coming out of the side. The laundry room only has 1 of 3 washers functional. We killed 3 German cockroaches in the suite and found another dead in the kitchen. On checkout day, the elevator would not come to the 3rd floor by pressing the button so someone had to walk down to floor 2 and request to go up to 3. We informed maintenance and they said the elevator is working. Additionally the side doors of the hotel were closed off for construction and the only way in and out was through the main lobby. As of now I wouldn’t recommend staying here until the renovation is complete.

Hotel under construction, strong smell of paint, glue, ammonia, high humidity in the rooms, furniture in poor condition, dirty sofa bed with dirty patches, Closets without doors, exposed nails, carpet in poor condition, bathrooms with no place to put soap, the water stinks like a lake, the refrigerator doesn't work, ants in the kitchen, the AC is very noisy and when it is on strongest smell of paint comes out very strong odor. I do not recommend it.

There was a water leak from the AC that kept dripping continuously, leaving the bedroom carpet wet. The room also had mold and cockroaches, which was very disappointing. Microwave don’t work. Kindly refund the money
