I booked a property, paid in full, but was given the wrong access code, leaving me without access. Due to a hurricane and a family emergency, the property management initially promised a refund, only to later deny it. Throughout the process, I made several attempts to communicate, but they ignored my messages and even misled Expedia by claiming they would contact me on Monday the 14th, which was my check-out date. To make matters worse, they wrongfully accused me of extortion for trying to resolve the issue. It’s clear they prioritize profit over empathy and customer service. Thank you, Expedia, for stepping in and handling this. I will continue to use Expedia, but I will never book with this property management company again. Travelers, please be cautious—this company is unprofessional and unreliable.
