Located MINUTES FROM DISNEY it features a beautiful clean spacious living room with access to your very own private pool. With a fully equipped kitchen and a large central island has everything you need for at home dining. You can also enjoy a great relaxing day at the community pool and lazy river just a short walk away. This is not a regular townhouse but a vacation destination close to all Orlando has to offer where you can kick back, relax and enjoy your stay. I am not going to bore you with in depth features of the house, just know that it is always clean, always cozy, always functioning, and has everything you need.

• Pool heat is an optional amenity. It can be added to your reservation at a nightly rate of US$25. Once pool heat is requested and paid for by the guest, it will be turned on and set to 70 - 80ºF. Be aware that pool heat service paid after 4 PM will be turned on the following day and that the pool may take 24 hours to reach its set temperature. No refunds will be given due to incremental weather.
• TV/INTERNET/SATELLITE: No refund shall be given for number of devices, outages, content, or lack of content or personal preferences with regard to cable/internet/satellite service. Services are provided as a convenience only, and are not integral to the rental agreement. No refund shall be given for outages, content, lack of content, speed, access problems, lack of knowledge of use, or personal preferences with regard to service.
• AIR CONDITIONING: We set A/C temperatures between 72ºF-78ºF and set to Auto/Cool position. Any lower setting will cause the A/C unit to freeze up, resulting in considerable damage to the unit - SUBJECT TO PENALTY.
• There are two assigned parking spaces in front of the house. Please follow community parking rules to avoid your car being towed.

This place was nice, clean and perfect for our family. The resort pool was a short 5 min walk which I appreciated. Their were some screens missing/torn from the private pool but the owner mentioned that they were getting fixed. The beds were clean and comfy. I really enjoyed my stay

The condo was very spacious and had everything we needed. Beds were comfy. Ashley was easy to communicate with and quick to respond. Area was nice and we felt very safe. Area traffic was congested to and from Disney, so allow 30-40 minutes of travel time if you go in peak season!

Great communication
Our host was very communicative, and that made the experience much easier. However, the cleanliness of the place leaves much to be desired. From the floors, to the linens, to the dirty plates and silverware, we did not love that aspect of the stay. Other than that, it was comfortable, spacious. And located in a good spot to get pretty much anywhere you'd need.

Nice and Quiet Townhouse
The townhouse was about 15-20 minutes from Disney and 30-45 minutes from Universal Studios. Quiet neighborhood and lots in the area for food, shopping, and delivery. Townhouse was clean, comfortable and had all of the items you would need for a stay (coffee maker, dishes, silverware, towels, etc.). They were also very accommodating with my dogs. Enjoyed the pool and would stay again!

Amazing place to stay
This place was exactly as listed and more. I was shocked by the amount of towels, pots, pans, dishes, and kitchen gadgets available. We did not need for anything while there. The pool was perfect and everything was very clean. The owner was quick to respond to every question asked. We will for sure stay here again if we visit Florida again.

Overall Stay Review
Great location and property. Very close to Orlando. I will definitely book the place again. Only improvements would be the lack of hospitality: no seasoning if you prefer to cook, host was very stingy with toiletries and paper towels. Also the Xbox was not able to be used. Otherwise the stay was enjoyable!

This is a great townhouse!
2 kids both 16 enjoyed being in Solterra again! We've been coming here for the past 6 years and do not want to go anywhere else because of the proximity to parks, outlet malls and community. Quick drive to Cocoa Beach, Clearwater or NASA Townhouse vs detached home is a smaller pool, however, I am confident families do not book here for the pool! Thanks Ashley! Ted.

Solterra Resort
Great location within the resort (3 blocks to the pool, playground, tennis courts, etc). There were concerns with Spectrum internet service (3 days the wifi did not work), the hostess tried to get it fixed but was unable to during our stay. Some areas of the house need attention, but overall it was a pleasant stay and we definitely will stay there again. The private pool and outdoor dining area were spacious and comfortable. There was plenty of bedding, bathroom linens and dishes for our large family.

Spacious fantastic stay
My husband and I traveled to Florida for my daughter’s college softball team’s spring break games. The house we rented was very spacious - exactly how it looked online. The pool was small but just enough for the 2 of us to relax and cool off after the games. We were able to use it several days. Location was 30 minutes to the field complex and about the same to Disney. Traffic can be a bit much on Route 4 so give yourself plenty of travel time. Would definitely stay again! Host Ashley was great to work with!

My family of 5 and our dog just stayed here for 4 nights and we really enjoyed ourselves! The blinds in the main room need fixed as they dont close, the screen above the pool is torn and should be fixed as it lets in leaves and bugs.. or at least a net should be provided. But we still enjoyed the pool and lanai area. The vents in the home need to be cleaned, especially the ones in the master bath and kitchen. But other than that the place was amazing! Clean house, comfy beds, lots of space! Stocked well enough for us. Though a hand towel in the kitchen would be nice. We stopped at publix for anything we needed. There is a clubhouse fee which I didnt know about ahead of time. Just over $37 for our family for the whole stay, so not too terrible. The clubhouse pool is wonderful!! The host was responsive, friendly and helpful with my questions. It's a nice area, about 20 minutes (with good traffic conditions) from all things Disney. We were honestly sad to leave and would definitely stay here again!

Everything We Needed!
A nice, well supplied, condo that was perfectly situated for what we needed. The community pool was awesome for the kids during our down time from Disney. The owner has supplied highchairs, strollers, and games for the young ones which is very considerate! The kids loved their rooms with the bunkbeds and Disney themes! We had some issues with getting the TV in the living room going, but with TV's in every room, it wasn't really a big deal (too much going on for sitting around and watching TV anyway!). The check-in and check-out were a breeze as we received an email with all the information we needed for the condo and to access the community amenities. Would definitely stay again.
