We call it Periwinkle Place, you can call it home, home for your vacation visit.

If you’re planning a family vacation to Disney, let this 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom vacation rental villa serve as your home base for all your adventures! With enough space to sleep 8 and an enclosed lanai with a large private pool, this Davenport home is not only extremely close to all of Orlando’s major attractions, but it provides the perfect place for a relaxing retreat!

Located in Hampton Lakes, 15 minute drive from Disney Springs. Close to Universal Studios, Sea World, Disney World, Epcot, Kennedy Space Center, Tampa Bay, Daytona Beach. Also close to all amenities such as Wal-Mart, Target & Publix supermarkets, restaurants, pubs and pharmacies. This villa is your home away from home with flat screen TV's in all bedrooms, full cable access & free wi-fi, West facing pool with sails for shade, tables and chairs. Fully equipped kitchen with recently installed brand new stove, fridge and microwave. Dining area, inside laundry, linens and hairdryers. The villa is constantly being updated to keep it in tip top condition for our guests to relax and enjoy. Just bring your suitcase!

- Hampton Lakes community grants access to various amenities, including tennis courts, a volleyball court, playgrounds and a basketball court!

Please note:
The villa/house is a self catering house. We start you off with a toilet roll & small soap in each bathroom & a bag in each bin, including trash can, after that guests buy their own. We put a dishwasher tab & washer tab in and ask guests to start a load of washing and turn the dishwasher on before leaving. Also remove all trash from the house and put in the trash can and to not leave excessive trash.

Spring Break getaway!
We chose this property for its location to Disney and Universal Studios combined with its very affordable cost. House was perfect for our trip including the pool which we used as much as possible. Host made it easy to heat the pool last minute which we appreciated as well. We enjoyed our morning jogs around the neighborhood and how easy it was to get to the parks. Our only snafu was the alarm system when we checked in, we hadn’t been given a code to turn it off but host responded immediately even though it was after 1 am. Definitely would stay here again!

We were happy to find this available for shorter than a week like most bookings require. The house is showing its age...green mold on the lanai needs removing, shower needs recaulking since one piece is loose and water can get in behind into the drywall, and some new inside painting could be done. But since we were there to relax - which we did - these things were not deal breakers.

Handy for Disney and seeing family
My parents previously owned a house on this estate so when we came to visit family it was lovely to be able to stay somewhere we were familiar with. The house had everything we needed for our stay, although access to the garage would have been good to put the outdoor furniture in to protect from the rain. Whist it’s a little dated it was comfortable and being able to use the heated pool was ideal after a long day at Disney. The area has got a lot busier in the ten years since my last visit but the estate was quiet, felt safe and was well-maintained.

The Beds are worth it!
So to be fair to this property, it isn’t a high end luxury home that is several thousand a night. What it is though is a comfortable, clean home with lots great amenities. It is just as advertised on the posting. If I had to complain about, I think it might be about water pressure in the master shower. Other than that, it is a very nice home. It reminded me of staying at a grandparents home; it was clean but lived in. I cannot stress how awesome the mattresses were. I finally found a Vrbo that let me have a great nights sleep, and was comfortable! This is also close to many of the parks; along with being near a Publix. I would highly recommend this property.

A very nice place but one major concern
The owner of this property was so nice and communicated well. The house was clean from appearance, but there were many of roaches in the house. The house had many of roaches. The owner did inform me that it was a Florida thing and that the roaches may have been active because the house was sprayed the day before.

Property met our expectations. It was comfortable and clean; however, it could have been better stocked on some items. We had a family of 6 staying 5 nights. There were only 2 partial rolls of t.p. - 1 in each bathroom, and a half roll of paper towels in the kitchen. I feel a few extras could have been provided on those items. Other than that and the location being in a heavy traffic area - bumper to bumper regardless of time of day, I have no negatives. We enjoyed our stay and if you don't mind heavy traffic, would recommend this property.

Was disappointed at the fact that the listing shows a sofa bed and a futon and also a grill which the property didn’t have..!!! Besides that i killed about 7 roaches in different parts of the property including the kitchen.The house it’s comfy but furniture outdated and the one sofa bed they had you can feel ever spring in that thin mattress which my son whom was supposed to sleep there rather sleep on the couch versus the sofa bed.

Exactly as advertised!!
We booked this property for our family as a home base while our son played in the Russmatt Central Florida Invitational college baseball tournament. The fact that it was located 2 miles from Northeast Regional Park (where a lot of his games were played in the past) was what first attracted us to this particular property. From the very beginning of the process, we were completely satisfied with this property and it's wonderful host, Carol. Lovely home, great price, exceptional value. The home itself was comfortable and perfect for the price. We were looking for value, and boy did we get it. Obviously not a high end luxury property, but very much delivers bang for the buck. Plenty of room, nicely furnished, great beds (and this coming from someone with a terrible back), nice pool, clean, quiet neighborhood, convenient location, tons of dining and shopping nearby, easy access to pretty much anything we wanted to do. We were super pleased with our entire experience, and that was even before the owner extended our stay after we had to change flights. What we thought was going to be a nightmare was made into yet another positive experience by a gracious owner and a very prompt and responsive property manager. I would/ and will recommend this property to anyone. We will definitely be booking with Carol the next time we head south!! Thanks again for making our trip so enjoyable!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Snowbird Special
The location was really good and with a stop light getting in and out of the subdivision was no problem. My husband and I stayed for two months and my sister and husband joined us for one week. The house was very clean upon arrival. We found the kitchen was well stocked with dishes, pots and pans and utensils. One cabinet had dishes and glasses for children. The linen closet was well stocked with extra sheets and towels. Our bed was great, we both slept very well. Our master bath had a shower with good water pressure and a large tub that we never used. We paid extra to heat the pool. The first couple of weeks the weather was too cold to swim but we enjoyed it the remainder of our stay. We had a couple of minor problems, battery on smoke alarm and belt on vacuum, the management company was out and fixed the problem right away. CON: The only con was the sofa and love seat in the family room. They sat terrible. We finally exchanged the cushions from the sofa with the ones in the living room and went to At Home and bought two cushions to put on top of the love seat. Overall we enjoyed the house and pool.
