*** WELCOME TO OUR SPECIAL EXECUTIVE 6 BED 4 BATH VILLA WHICH HAS BEEN REMODELED AND UPGRADED TO A HIGH STANDARD ***

Thank you for taking the time to view our new family home.
The villa is located near Disney and sleeps up to 16 guests, it has a total of 6 bedrooms but 4 have US King size beds, 3 of them are master suites with en-suite bathrooms, a private southwest facing 30 ft pool, spa, gardens, games room, 55' LED TV in the living room, 42' LED TV'S in the King master bedrooms and 32' LED TV'S in all the other bedrooms, free FOIS Wifi, premium cable TV package and many more extra's. This is just a few of the amenities you get in the villa.

*** WE ARE NOW TAKING RESERVATIONS FOR 2024 and 2025 ***

We have upgraded the villa and had new granite tops installed in the kitchen and also had granite but on the breakfast bar. We have bought a new stainless steel fridge/freezer, microwave, range cooker and dishwasher which make a real difference to the open plan kitchen.
We have also had granite put in the downstairs master bathroom 2.
The games room has been re-carpeted and we have added a new pool table.
The master bedrooms 1 and 2 have also been re-carpeted and painted.
Having been upgraded to a high standard we have added a new large leather corner shaped sofa in the living room, new leather bar stools at the breakfast bar, a dark wooden table and leather chairs in the dining room, new modern wall art in most rooms and area's of the villa, the bedrooms have had new furniture, beds, luxury pillow top mattresses, comforters and egyption 1000 thread count linens on all beds.

Around the pool are luxury sunbeds and pads, reclining chairs and foot stools, tables and chairs.

'Sunset Villa' is luxury and certainly offers you the very best in quality whilst here on your vacation.

This magnificent 6 bed, 4 bath villa is located only 15 minutes from Disney and 25/30 minutes from all the other Orlando attractions including restaurants and shops.

The house sleeps up to 16 guests and is perfect for large and multiple families or groups of friends who want to come and enjoy the fabulous facilities and attractions that Florida have to offer.
The villa is situated on a large corner lot and is very spacious with 3300 sq ft of living space inside.
The house is very impressive, it has a long 95ft driveway to the front so you will have no problems with parking vehicles.

There is a large open plan living room which has a leather corner sofa, 55' LED TV and DVD player, premium cable TV with an exclusive package which includes all movies and sports channels and doors onto the pool deck.
The kitchen is fully equipped and includes all crockery, glasses for both inside and outside, cooking utensils, pots and pans.

There are 2 large master bedrooms on the ground floor and upstairs you will find a further 4 large spacious bedrooms, one of which is a mastersuite.

The bedroom layout is as follows.

Master Bedroom 1 - US King size bed - Master suite, 42' LED TV.
Master Bedroom 2 - US King size bed - Master suite, 42' LED TV.
Master Bedroom 3 - US King size bed - Master suite, 32' LED TV.
Bedroom 4 - US King size bed - 32' LED TV.
Bedroom 5 - Family bedroom, two US Queen size beds, 32' LED TV - sleeps 4.
Bedroom 6 - Disney bedroom, two double bunk beds, Disney bedding and comforters, wall art and rug, 32' LED TV, sleeps 4.

The large pool faces south-west so it has the sun on it 365 days of the year. There is a separate in ground spa.
The decking within the screening is 55 ft x 25 ft, so no matter how many guests are at the house, there is plenty of room to relax and enjoy the Florida sunshine. On the decking we have put luxury sunbeds with pads, reclining chairs with foot stools, table and chairs. There is an additional second pool decking area that is 24ft x 18ft in the garden/yard that is outside the screening area.

The back yard is no longer fenced as it was damaged in a storm.

There is a games room that has in it a pool table and two large sofas.

The villa has free high speed FOIS wifi so you can use your devices within the villa or on the pool decking.
We also provide free of charge, high chairs and cribs/cots for you to use if you need them.

We are the owners of this house and we have been since it was built. We have tried to make 'Sunset Villa' that perfect vacation destination for you, your family and friends. We look forward to speaking with you all very soon.

We do have several other Disney Orlando Villas if you need more than one vacation home. We do have another 6 bedroom villa that is directly opposite this one and they are side by side.

Our stay was top notch. The property was as described. Very clean. Everyone in our family had a comfortable spot to sleep and plenty of room to play. If you have little children, beware that there is no gate to block off the pool, however the locked patio door is helpful. We stayed at the end of March and did not require pool heat. We were extremely happy with our stay!

The property was conveniently located to all the attractions we wanted to go to and was very well described in the listing . The house is laid out very well for family vacations and we had no problems at all with the house . Nice spacious home close to Orlando
My family and I stayed here for a week during spring break. There is plenty of room for large families. The pool was nice as well. Very reasonably priced. Close to anything you need in terms of food/shopping. The owner was always receptive to my emails and assisted where needed. Highly recommend for a large gathering, so 10 people or so. Only drawback would be the floor had a sticky feel to it upon our arrival, like it needed mopping. Otherwise, no complaints.

Great Winter Get away
We had a lovely month long stay in this property. No major issues although the listing should be updated to reflect there is no fence. Some repairs are needed to the pool screening and the fridge but overall we found the house clean and comfortable and the property manager Dee was very accommodating. We would certainly stay here again.

Fantastic holiday for all the family
My family and I have just returned from the most amazing holiday. The house we stayed in was fantastic and served all our needs. The property was clean well maintained and spacious. It was clear that the house has recently been done up to a high spec. The house we stayed in was in the ideal location for all the parks and the many lovely restaurants. I would highly recommend Florida to anyone with or without a family as it certainly brings the kid out in you. I would recommend this property to stay as great value for money and had everything we needed

Very pleasant stay. Owner and management was very open and communicative. Place was clean and maintained. Several small issues such as 1 broken chair and screen around pool but with a villa that is constantly being occupied, small maintenance concerns are to be expected and did not impact my family's stay in any way. Please note that the villa was CLEAN with no mold or issues. Previous reviews concerned me but there were no issues during my stay of a week. I will definitely try to book here again for my next Florida vacation.

Excellent Villa
Stunned by the first impression as you walked in the villa. Very handy for The Disney parks. There were four families sharing the villa 16 of us in total. There was plenty of space and each family had their own bedroom and privacy. The pool was excellent and more than big enough. I can recommend this as a wonderful family holiday and Lee was most helpful during the booking process. Always available for help and advice and flexible with us when we wanted to change our dates. Highly recommended. Thanks Lee.

In my experience, Ms. Dee, the property manager, answered all my questions and when she couldn’t, she looked for the answer. She’s very attentive and helpful, that’s very important to me. The owner, Mr. Lee, was very accommodating as well, despite the difficult situation he was going through. I really appreciate that. I’m ready to have a great time in January. Thank you both!

Nice house, nice neighborhood, but the review was a little vague
This was a very nice house and the perfect place to reunite my family, but the upkeep could be a little better. I found dirty dishes in the cabinet, there was no cleaning supplies, no serving utensils, a few areas needed repair, and the site didn’t say that it was completely on the guest to provide everything. There wasn’t even any seasoning/spices in the cabinet. Overall good place to stay.

My stay at four corners was great! Very spacious home with plenty of room, there were a couple of things that I was not so pleased with though. The wall in the pool table room had mildew or mold all over it, the pool could use a good cleaning and pool light replaced, the a/c isn’t the best, and the door knobs need to be replaced, as they are hanging off. I would definitely stay again though, but only if those things are fixed. The owner is very great at communicating with you.
