Very nice place but there wasnā€™t enough toilet paper. Disappointed that the pool wasnā€™t open. You shouldnā€™t advertise the pool and canā€™t go swim cause it was closed. Also why do you offer so much for the place and we have to pay to play the pool table. I wasnā€™t happy about that.

Condo was larger than expected which was great. Best beds and pillows of anyplace Ive stayed awesome to get a good nights sleep. Pool area was very nice. Location is great close to everything you'd need in Orlando. Host communication was great thanks for a great stay. 5 star would stay agian!

This property is in a great location. Near the resort entrance gates making it easy to meet an Uber. The resort pool/clubhouse was a short walk down the nature path. Would definitely stay again!

Giant condo, spacious and comfortable, close to OCC
Great facility, and location to OCC. Be sure to provision well on front end; trash bags, corkscrew, paper towels and spices not provided (although we left a corkscrew.) Nice kitchen and seating bar; comfortable balcony, big bedrooms. Very comfortable place.

We couldn't have been happier with this property! Location was just two minutes from the convention center, so back and forth over both days was super quick. The property itself was SUPER quiet, we rarely saw other people. Parking was never an issue. Bed was more comfortable that mine at home. Would absolutely stay here again!

The condo is stunning! Pool table is a nice touch. There were some kitchen items that we did end up needing that weren't provided, such as a pan for the oven and can opener, but overall it was well equipped. Close to everything, and the pool and hot tub were great to end each night!

Wonderful 3br Resort Condo in Orlando
I had a great stay and everything was exactly as shown in the photos. Things were clean spacious and comfortable. The amenities on the property as well as places near were great. The resorrt has gated entry and was quiet. Great location close to the Orange County Convention Center as well as tons of themeparks and shopping.

A great place
The place was really full of space and very comfortable. It was great for a weekend get together! Only negatives I could say is the tvā€™s werenā€™t smart tvs and you have to pay for pool table ($1 a game). Otherwise , the place was truly convenient for a simple small vacation. Plus itā€™s around many fun things to do here in Orlando . Thank you Frank !

Perfect location for Rosen center swim meet!
We stayed at Frank's Vista Cay Condo while we were in Orlando for a swim meet at the Rosen Center. The proximity to the pool was perfect and gave our swimmers the perfect amount of space to rest and wind down in between sessions. Publix was right there for any necessities. The beds were VERY comfortable, which you don't find too often in a VRBO, and the condo wasn't noisy at all. We had a wonderful stay, and this condo was exactly what we needed while we were there. We will definitely be staying here again in the future.

15 min to Universal. Grocery and restaurants in walking distance. Very large heated pool w a bar and bartender. The condo was very clean. Lots of space for family of 5 to spread out. Pool table was an added bonus on days we stayed in to rest. Washer and dryer worked great. Excellent water pressure. Easy parking.

Overall the condo is a very nice place to stay. For being a three bedroom two bath home the water heater is way under sized for the house. Only one person can shower at a time. The sectional couch is getting worn out and is due to be replaced. It would be nice if you would let a spare roll of toilet paper per bathroom. The ice maker does not make ice.

Renter: Be Aware!
After driving 3 hours, then spending all day @ Universal (check-in isn't until 3), we got to the condo at 7:30 pm., with plans to make dinner and get to bed. We opened the door & the place was a mess! Food & dirty dishes on kitchen counters, dirty dishes in the sink, beds unmade, bathrooms dirty. And we failed to bring Owner's phone number with us. This rental is not affiliated with the mgr on site, but they did let us use their computer to obtain Owner's phone number. We advised Owner of the condition. He apologized & said he'd have cleaning crew there in the morning. We asked "What do we do in the meantime? There isn't even any toilet paper!" Owner told us we could go to the store(!!!), get a roll of toilet paper, take off the dirty sheets and remake the beds, and ROUGH IT FOR THE NIGHT!! Our kids were freaked out due to the big mess the entire place was in. There were even dirty clothes ON the patio table! I thoroughly cleaned the kitchen (including the coffee maker!) so I could make our dinner. My husband cleaned one bathroom & stripped dirty sheets off beds (and sofa!) and put clean sheets & pillow cases on all 3 beds & remade them. I was kind of grossed out because the blankets were not clean, but we were SO tired, I tried not to think about it when we went to bed! We collected FOUR bags of garbage, 3 pizza boxes and 2 shoe boxes!! We've stayed in Home Away and VRBO places in the past, and they had always been spotless when we walked in the door, AND had always included helpful info concerning the unit and the area (how to get to the pool, locations of stores, restaurants, etc.). Not so here. A cleaning lady came the next morning, just as we were leaving for Islands/Adventure. When we returned, we noticed that something of ours was missing. We advised the owner; he couldn't believe it, and brushed it off. We obtained the cleaning co's name & number, advised that owner of the situation, and she denied this could have happened. We reminded her that her crew usually did not clean while someone was occupying the premises, and perhaps she got tempted. We just wanted our property returned. It never has been. Upon check-out, after MUCH bickering with Owner, he agreed to reimburse us $100 for all our trouble. A few weeks after we returned home & after a few reminder phone calls & emails, we finally received a check from the Owner. FYI to future renters: that "really cool" pool table inside the unit is coin-operated!
