Available through keyless smart locks entry. Our pool villa is secured with top of the line alarm systems. There are 2 exterior cameras....one in the front of the property facing the driveway and one in the back for security reasons. None of our cameras faces the inside of the house.

Minutes away from the new Margaritaville, That offers loads of restaurants and dine in movie theatre as well as a state of the art Water Park and weekends activities such as car shows, flea markets, artisan markets, and free concerts with renowned artists. GAME ROOM...our game room is Air Conditioned and has an interchangeable table that provides table tennis, air hockey, and many other games we also have a pool table....Ceiling fan also available. We also have arcade games that you will enjoy during your stay.

OUTSIDE POOL offers a large 16 by 32 in ground pool. Our pool is cleaned weekly and we make every effort to keep it clean. However there are times when dirt or leaves can get in the pool. We provide skimmers for you in case this was to happen. We also provide a paid service if you require additional cleaning for the pool.

HOT TUB.....our hot tub is typically heated to 104 degrees

This beautiful pool villa offers its own heated hot tub plus a jetted tub in the main master bedroom that faces the pool. The main master offers a king bed. The second bedroom offers another king and the 3rd offers 2 twins with the fouth offering a double and one twin. We also have a queen bed pull out sofa. Our kitchen is fully equipped with an Air fryer, Keurig and coffee maker.

The home as a driveway that can accomodate 4 cars or 2 SUVs. This community is right off highway 27 and connects to I4. Great commuter location. Overnight street parking requires a special pass that must be obtained from the host upon check in. Uber and Lyft are readible available.
