This Executive vacation home near Disney located in Emerald Island Resort is tastefully decorated throughout to make you feel at home. Accent painting, colorful curtains and nice furnishings. 2 King master suites perfect for 2 families looking to save money on their vacation.
All bedrooms have new flat screen TV`s so everyone can some private TV time.
This great Florida villa has ceiling fans in every room of the villa!

The bright and airy kitchen has all the comforts of home with appliances, pots/pans, silverware and all utensils, water and ice maker.
This fantastic villa has an extended patio with loungers a bubbling spa all facing open view!
The perfect retreat for those days when you want to take a break from the parks.

This Disney area villa comes equipped with its own games room complete with basketball shootout, air hockey and pool table all included in your rental fee.
The family room has two comfy sofas a flat screen 42 inch TV, DVD player, surround sound, stereo, good selection of children`s books and there are some board games as well. There is broadband wireless internet connection so you can hook up your laptop and surf the net and keep in touch.
The family room has a huge and impressive cathedral ceiling with ceiling fan.

The downstairs master bedroom has a King size bed with pillow top mattress, Flat screen TV, DVD, dresser, walk in closet, tables and lamps, alarm clock , ceiling fan. The master bathroom has a hair dryer, a huge jacuzzi bath with invigorating jets, twin sinks, toilet and walk in shower.

The upstairs master bedroom has a King size bed with pillowtop mattress, flat screen TV DVD, ceiling fan, walk in closet, Dresser, tables, lamps. Private bathroom with hair dryer, bath, sink, toilet and shower There is another 3 King Bedroom and one Queen size bedrooms. Each bedroom has built in or walk in closets, Flat screen tv`s ceiling fans drawer space, tables, lamps etc And there`s more! This floor also has two further bedrooms each with a twin (single) bed and a set of bunk beds in each both rooms also have flat screen TV`s, storage space etc. To cope with all these bedrooms there is a further 2 family bathrooms each with toilet, sink, bath and shower.

Ok so we have toured the interior of this great Disney villa. Let`s go see what the outside space has to offer!
All doors leading out to the pool area are fitted with safety alarms and the pool has an optional child safety fence for the protection of the little ones.
The villa has an oversize pool and deck area complete with shady lanai area with 3 ceiling fans for additional comfort. There is an outside shower, a gas bar b q grill, plenty of tables chairs and sun loungers all contained within a protective screened area and overlooking conservation woodland right at the rear of the villa. The pool itself has a bubbling spa attached and a really nice fountain feature.

Emerald Island is a beautiful resort with gorgeous landscapes and wonderful views. The clubhouse has a concierge area which provides information free of charge to guests staying at the resort. You can keep in touch with friends or family back home in the cyber cafe and the kids can enjoy themselves in the arcade. The clubhouse also features a sparkling community pool and hot tub for guests to enjoy. Alongside the pool is a Tiki bar where you can purchase drinks and food. Cleanse your body with the free steam sauna or raise your heartbeat in the fitness room! Free tennis and basketball.

Son's Superhero Adventure Weekend
It was 15 of us in the home and we had more than enough space for rooming arrangements. I will say the house has a lot of wear and tear but overall a comfortable stay. Loved the pool and paid for it to be warm which was a plus.

Nice big house - lots of room. Disappointed in the cleanliness of the house- it really needs a deep clean and updating - would not label it a luxury villa. Great communication- very fast replies. Nice resort area.

Great Stay for Large Groups
In 20 years of traveling to Orlando during the holidays, this was the first time that a home (that we could afford) easily accommodated our large family. Everyone had a room/bed and we were able to spread out and enjoy each other’s company. It felt like we were “at grandmas.” Dated furniture, linens, worn mattresses and more but still comfortable and clean. Very close to Disney and other attractions, restaurants and shopping. We would definitely stay here again.

The overall stay was pretty good. House very spacious just wish it was a little cleaner considering when we arrived the cleaning people were still cleaning. Needs a little updating but it was overall what was said in the ad. We as a family enjoyed our stay!

Perfect location for the parks
We stayed over spring break as a friend group of 17, kids of all ages. There was plenty of room for everyone, and the kids really enjoyed the pool. The property is close enough for the parks to be easily accessible, but far enough away to not be trapped in all the traffic that comes with them.

Another great stay for our annual golf trip!
This is probably the eighth year in a row that we have stayed in this home for our annual golf trip. We used to stay in separate condos, but this beautiful home has eight bedrooms – one for each of us. It is always fine, and clean. I interact with the owner occasionally as well as the property manager over the years and every time it has been a good experience. To further support my review, we are already looking to rebook for our next golf trip. Thank you very much for another great year!

Excellent house for our annual golf trip
We take a trip with 8 guys every January and have stayed at several Emerald Island homes but this was one of our favorites. We had one minor issue not even worth mentioning except to say that the property maintenance people were onsite in less than an hour to repair the problem. We were very happy and will be returning. Thank you Mr. Fang!!!

This was perfect for our extended family vacation. There were plenty of rooms/beds/bathrooms, and enough space so you don’t feel too pinched in. It was convenient for Disney. The property manager responded quickly to the one minor issue that arose. A few minor complaints, but nothing worth noting. Would recommend.

We enjoyed having all our family in one house
We enjoyed the stay, but the house needs updated. Holes in walls, paint scuffs and not that clean. Found stuff under bed and shower not that clean. The rooms are nice and family enjoyed the stay. We paid for heated pool and it was never warm. The area was great. We have already recommended it to friends.

Great house for a large group
While the house is getting quite "tired" we were able to enjoy it for a week long stay with 8 golfing buddies. Ample space to do everything. Well stocked kitchen with dishes, cutlery, knives, and plenty of pots. Fantastic pool and hot tub/spa, that was much warmer than expected, but certainly enjoyed. They probably should address some of the deteriorating items, such as the large sections of silicone sealing coming out in the kitchen sink, the flaky front door lock, and at least 1 bed that could use a new mattress. But overall, none of this was worth worrying about while we were there, and we all enjoyed our stay. Communications with the owner/manager were excellent. We will consider staying at this house again in the future.

Great for our large family
We have a large family and this was perfect! Furniture is a little worn but usable. This home was 1/2 the price compared to other similar homes. We took that into consideration when a few things weren't completely accurate or furnishings weren't new and modern. Altogether it was worth the cost and I would book again if we decided to vacation in this area again. Property manager was helpful anytime I needed something. Thank you for letting us stay in your home.

Property was spacious and very convenient to all locations. Few minor issues. Blinds don’t work. Should be replaced. Toaster only works on one side. Curtains, throw rugs and sheets really need replacing. They all appear very worn out.
