The second-floor balcony feels immersed in the neighboring palm trees and features luxe lounge chairs, while the private third-floor terrace has a roomy lounge area. Gather your whole group together on the shaded ground-floor lanai for a barbecue using the built-in gas grill complete with a wall-mount range hood and an adjacent sink. Great place to stay!
The property was very clean and comfortable. The only problem was the entry code wasn’t correct. That was quickly fixed. We enjoyed our stay. Would definitely stay again.

had a gas leak on the first day Fire department and gas department had to come to shot off the gas call Vrbo for help and nothing and nobody call us back or showed up to assist us. really bad experience would not recommend staying at that property the management is not professional at all

Galentine's Weekend
This property was very nice for our ladies extended weekend trip to Epcot. It was the perfect size and having a bathroom with each room was a pleasant convenience. The gated community was very nice and made us feel extra safe. The private elevator was great so that we didn't have to drag our luggage up the stairs. Everything was clean with modern appliances. The only thing that needs updating is the living room furniture. The sofa and chairs set is a little rundown.

Great home in a great location
This house worked out really well for us. The split floor plan is great for multiple families and you can’t be the location. The house has a few maintenance issues they need to handle but minor and did not impact our stay at all other than the ice maker not working. They provided a couple dishwasher and laundry pods, very helpful, but get your own if you need more than 2. Overall well appointed and agin, location is perfect for Disney and keeping you off I-4.

grill needs ignitor fixed. Sucks when you go to grill and no way to light it. Had to shelf that until we went to store again for a lighter. Upstairs bathroom sink leaked everywhere on 2nd day. Emailed with pictures but no one ever responded. Luckily there are 2 sinks. Otherwise amazing!! Loved it! Hopefully get to stay again when we come down to Florida

Concern with the interior conditions
While the property in general seems to be clean and convenient, we had genuine concerns about its services. The gas stove had broken knobs which scared us to death that it would leak. The shower and sink bathroom all clogged a small trickle of water would pool. The lift operation was hit and miss. The pottery is outdated. And something wring with either the kitchen appliances or the electrical because of the smell it cone on. So this unit was missing the love. Customer service is as useless as they can be

No hot water for 3 days.
Arrived in the evening to find no hot water. Called the company, they said someone would be out to fix it the next day. The next day I was told someone was out and did fix it. Came back to the house that night to find it was not fixed, felt lied to. Eventually was told that it was not fixable and that we could go to a different property. This did not work as we were specifically in town on a golf trip. The options provided were nowhere near where we were. There was no sense of urgency on the property company to help our situation. We felt that our experience was not valued. They did not care. We stayed in this home for 3 days with no ability to shower (we golfed each day in the heat), to wash dishes, to use the grill we paid for. Nobody cared. Nobody has even called me since to follow up. They had no problem taking our money but when it was time to help us out they were nowhere to be found. They provided us with options that were not possible for us to accept. Completely unprofessional and put a stain on a trip we waited so long for.

Great place to stay but bring ear plugs
Wonderful place. 5 stars. Very clean and new feeling. But, the road noise next to the two master bedrooms was unbearable for me. I ended up sleeping in the twin bed down the hall instead of enjoying the spacious master suite. Next time, I'll bring ear buds. That out of the way, this place is spacious with lots of bathrooms, washer and dryer, balconies everywhere!!! Such a great place and really close to Disney. There's a CVS a half mile away. Enjoy yourself but bring ear plugs!

It was good
The only thing my family and I had with this rental is we can’t use the pool or the gym. They want to charge 100.00 a night to use everything. But as far as the house it was ok for the most part.
