Step into our private oasis and unwind in the south-facing pool and spa area, where you can bask in the warm Florida sun or marvel at the stunning sunsets over the lake. Keep an eye out for the resident birds that often grace us with their presence as you relax in your own private retreat. Pool heat is extra, but spa heat is free. Please inquire about pool heat. Pool heat is recommended between November and April.

Very nice property!
The house is very nice, and convenient to everything we were here for. We really enjoyed the pool, very relaxing, and to sit with the view of the lake and see the wildlife. The house was great for our needs. We really enjoyed the hot tub and the pool. The downstairs bedroom was fantastic. The upstairs rooms were fine, but the mattresses weren't the most comfortable. That is the only reason to deduct a star. Everything else about the property was great!

Fantastic property
The house was absolutely amazing. the pool was large with the option to heat it, as well as the spa which can easily fit 4 to 5 people. The home was immaculate, the furniture was high-quality, and the neighborhood was safe. Overall, I would highly recommend staying at this house and enjoying the surrounding area. Sidenote, it may seem like a long distance from Disney but it is not. There is a shortcut that will save you 15 minutes easily.

Amazing!!
This was such an amazing place to stay! We absolutely loved it. There were six of us, and we had more than enough room for all of us. The beds were great, the kitchen was fully functioning, there were tons of towels, and it was super clean! The temperature of the house was also amazing! The pool was a favorite for our kids! We enjoyed our time there and would go back in second! Thanks for letting us stay!

The property was exactly as described. Everything was clean and the kitchen was stocked with a lot of items such as trash bags and dish detergent which we have never had at another place we have stayed. The pool was clean and the free heat for the hot tub was amazing! The owners were very responsive and welcoming. Our only complaints were that no one liked the beds but that's a personal preference. We would definitely stay here again!!

This house was clean and it is located about 30 minutes to all the parks which it’s great for Disney visitors. We were 4 adults rented that 4 bedrooms property to be comfortable but only master bedroom had a good mattress and the other three didn’t, so for sleeping time we had to share beds which it wasn’t what we had expected . We shared our concerns with the property owners and they said they will look in to it, hopefully to correct it. So if you need to have a good nights sleep on your vacation definitely check with them to make sure that it will be provided for you. All and all we enjoyed our stay .

Amazing home away from home
We loved our stay at Lakeview Villa! The home was very spacious, well appointed and clean. The owners were very responsive to all of our questions. After long days at the parks and in the heat, having an awesome home to go back to, with a lovely pool, was perfection. We liked the privacy the hedges provided us and we enjoyed breakfast beside the pool every day. We would love to come back one day! Thanks for sharing your home with us.

House was perfect for our little Florida getaway! The pool and hot spa were all the rage. Enough room inside the home to spread out and feel relaxed. Fully stocked with tons of extras! Comfortable off-property Disney stay
We stayed at Lakeview Villa for a week long Disney trip. Chuck & Lorrie were beyond helpful and communicative. The check-in process was extremely easy and I appreciated all of their tips beforehand! The location of the house (Clermont) is nice because it's not IN all of the Disney action but it's still close enough to pop to and from the parks without a very long commute (though there is traffic with everyone arriving/departing the parks). I will say that it seemed like a LOT of the homes were rentals (you could see the rental cars and people loading up for the parks in the morning) so I can't speak for the safety of the neighborhood overall. WE felt safe but I can see how things could go south if you get the wrong short-term renters packing the neighborhood. The option to heat the pool was wonderful and the kids (and adults) had a blast swimming on our 'down' days or soaking in the spa after our busy park days. The view of the lake is lovely. My kids had fun trying to spot gators (we didn't see any haha) while they swam. Unfortunately, there were a few things that brought our overall stay down. -Many dishes were dirty (visible food crusted on them) when we removed them from the cabinets. -The bathrooms looked like they hadn't been DEEP cleaned (floors/grout/baseboards were very funky) in a long time. -The appliances all worked but they're quite dated. For example, if you had to change the temperature on the oven you need to turn it off and reset to the temp that you want. -Towels. We TRULY appreciated having so many towels (pretty sure I washed a load of towels daily due to the pool/shower/constant usage of 7 people!) however they were all very old, worn, stained, etc. Again, I appreciated having them but they definitely need to be replaced. Overall, we enjoyed our stay. The house was nicely furnished & well stocked and the owners are very helpful. We would definitely go back if (some of) the things mentioned above were improved upon!
