Lakefront presidential suite / resort pool

Our 3,000-gallon koi creation, inspired by the floating steps at Xcaret in Mexico, was built alongside our 1,800 sq. ft. luxury resort pool. The pool features a 10' wide, 5' high grotto that Hugh Hefner would be jealous of.

Your guest suite offers complete privacy from the main house, with a separate entrance accessible through the laundry room or the private bathroom.

Outdoor Amenities
You’re welcome to say hi or enjoy your own space. The backyard offers over 20 unique spaces and activities:

1. Second-story "volleyball referee chair"
2. Lower volleyball cabana (seats 4)
3.Pool cabana west
4.Pool cabana east with a gas fire pit ("The Trey Lounge")
5.Four high-end sun lounges for tanning
6.Lakeside hammocks
7.Dockside lounge under the boathouse roof (feel free to move chairs or lounges)
8.Dockside open-air lounge
9.Lakeside cabana (soon to feature an outdoor pool table)
10.Lakeside ping pong area
11.Lakeside real wood fire pit
12.6x6 sand volleyball court with AVP-certified sand, trucked in from Davenport

Water Activities:
All water activities require life jackets, located in the brown plastic bin by the boat ramp (Florida law applies). Paddles are stored under the dock roof with the fishing rods.

- One "Disco Duck" romantic old-school paddleboat
- One "Megaduck" with a trolling motor ($50 fee applies; for experienced boaters only)

Additional Activities:
- Cornhole and bocce ball (located in the brown outdoor bin at the pool deck corner)
- Frisbee golf (baskets are movable)
- Custom pool basketball hoop over the grotto (completed 9/20/24)
- Fishing equipment (please replace or leave a tip if broken or lost)
- Wake surfing (if we’re out and you’re an interesting person, we’d love to share our love of the lake for a $200 tip/gas fee)
- Pool and hot tub
- Tetherball

Important Notes
Privacy: This rental does not include the main house (where we live). Your privacy is ensured with locked doors and two separate entrances. The backyard is a shared space.
Grill Access: You are welcome to use the grill, but the covered patio area is primarily for our use and may house tools from ongoing art projects.
Backyard Sharing: The backyard, shared with our friendly neighbor, invites you to mingle, unwind, and make new friends across the expansive acre of land.
Guest Suite Features
The guest suite includes a king floating bed, a recliner couch, and a 40-amp Level II Lectron EV charging station.

Rules and Guidelines
Guests: Pricing is based on two occupants. If more than two people (max four total) will be staying for more than one hour, please adjust your guest count accordingly. An additional $50 per person, per day fee applies. Message us for approval.
Pets: A $50 pet fee per pet applies for the entire stay. Pets are not allowed on furniture or the bed (violations incur a $200 charge). Dangerous breeds are permitted with prior approval and a signed waiver. Please notify us of your pet in advance, remove rugs in accessible areas, clean up after your pet, and leash them until they’ve met the other dogs. Our dog, Vicii, loves everyone.

- Some spaces, including the volleyball court, are shared, encouraging social interaction.
- To maintain a safe and peaceful environment, exterior cameras monitor the gate, driveway, and backyard. These measures protect our property and neighborhood. If this doesn’t align with your preferences, we kindly ask you to consider alternative accommodations.
- Lawn, pool, and maintenance personnel may visit the property to ensure your comfort. If we need interior access, we will always call or message first.
