Bedroom 2 - The “Lake Toho” Room: King Bed, 55” Flat Screen TV, Closet, En Suite Bathroom. The Lake Toho Room is located at the front of the home and sectioned off from the other rooms and bedrooms - it is truly a peaceful getaway space! Sleeps up to 2.
Upstairs
Bedroom 3 - The “Candy Cane” Room: Two Full beds, 42” Flat Screen TV. Calling all candy lovers! This chocolate factory has no shortage of “candy”. Sleeps up to 4.
Bedroom 4 - The “St. Augustine” Room: Bunk beds with two Full beds, 42” Flat Screen TV. This custom Pirate Ship bunk bed is insanely cool! Flip on the ship’s lighted lanterns and imagine your kids cuddling up to a movie every night! Sleeps up to 4.
Bedroom 5 - The “Miami” Room: King Bed, 50” Flat Screen TV, En Suite Bathroom, and an enormous Walk In Closet (great room for anyone traveling with a little one). Sleeps up to 2 (plus infants)

*Please note that from September 01, 2023, Solterra Resort has introduced a new access fee for guests who may wish to make use of the community facilities and pool area.
The use of the facilities is optional and so the charge is only applicable for groups who wish to make use of the facilities at the resort center. The fee, paid on site to the resort center directly is a one-time $35 total for groups of 1-12 guests or $45 total where 13+ guests are staying. This is a one-time charge for the entire stay and is paid on site to the resort itself. The charge is applied by the resort, on-site to any guests staying at any home booked at Solterra resort however booked but only where a group wishes to use the resort area.
Of course, in such a well-appointed home, with a private pool, loungers, shaded lanai, and space for all the family, the choice of going to the resort center is entirely yours. Either way we know you will have a fabulous stay at our home in Solterra resort and look forward to your stay!

DINING AREAS and KITCHEN
As you enter WellerOaks, you will begin to enter a world with different elements of authentic Florida! The kitchen is equipped with everything you will need to make a gourmet meal or a quick snack! There is even an electric griddle to help feed large families and entertain. Mmmm, I can smell the banana pancakes now! Notice the massive, custom cypress wood dining room table for 12! The wood for this gorgeous piece came from a seven generation sawmill. There is additional bar-style seating for 4 at the kitchen island.
Living Room
The downstairs living room is for the natural Florida lovers! Inspired by an air boating adventure, this space feels like you’re right in the middle of Florida’s great outdoors! This room features two beautiful sofas and an accent chair, all with the view of a 70” Flat Screen TV! Gather your family and watch your favorite shows and movies to end a perfect vacation day!
Loft
Proceed up the stairs to find the “Park Hopper” Loft space! This theme park inspired room is truly an essential second living space in this 7 bedroom property! This is where the action happens! The Loft features a large sectional couch with a “hidden” bar behind the left side of the couch. The bar has three bar stools behind it, a counter for food and drinks and an additional “hidden” bar ledge just below for people sitting on the couch to put their drinks. There’s even outlets on the ledge to charge phones, computers, etc.! All of this seating to enjoy the view of your favorite team on the 65” Flat Screen TV or your family competing in a heated game of foosball!
Game Room
While the loft has a taste of the gaming-life, there is, of course, the “All Star” Games Room! This space features a state of the art Pool Table, a Skee-Ball game, and a 50” Flat Screen TV with two Gaming Chairs to play the XBOX 1!
Pool and Spa/Hot Tub
Moving outside to the backyard is the pool and patio area! Take advantage of the private pool and spa/hot tub, relax on one of the 6 sun loungers, or enjoy al fresco dining set for 8.
Pool Heat Description
* The pool and spa (if applicable) can be heated on request and for an additional charge.
* Pool Heat is recommended during winter, early spring and during cooler weeks in summer.
* Pool heat is necessary if your home has a spa interconnected with the pool and you want to have the spa hotter than the pool temperature.
* Pool heat is set to 88 degrees F and if there is a spa, the spa will function is set to 100-102 degrees F. The achieved temperature will vary according to the weather conditions of the day/night and is not guaranteed.
* The pool heater runs for approximately 12-15 hours each day and will turn off overnight.
Pool Heat Pricing
* The pool in this home can be heated on request and is an optional extra. It can be heated for a minimum of 5 consecutive days ($175 plus tax) and the cost for heat is $35 for each night plus tax. If during the course of your stay, you decide to purchase pool heat, then there is an additional charge to cover the cost of sending out a technician to activate the system which is $40.
* Once activated, pool heat must remain on for the duration of your stay. Exceptions can be made to stays longer than 14 nights.
* Pool heat must be requested and paid for at least 48 hours prior to arrival to avoid an additional activation fee of $40. This fee is payable to enable an engineer to attend to the activation of the system.
* Example: Pool heat will cost $245 including tax for a 7 night stay if requested and paid for 48 hours prior to arrival.
For the BBQ grill, We have a brilliant rental partner who can deliver a serviced and clean grill to you. There are 2 options:
*2-Burner BBQ Grill: $75 + tax
*5-Burner BBQ Grill: $110 + tax
This includes a full propane tank
Child Friendly
Included in the home is the use of a Pack-n-Play (travel cot), highchair and stroller. There are also children's plates and cups.

* Small hand soaps in each bathroom
* For all of your other needs, there are grocery stores within 3 miles (Publix, Aldi)
