SWEET SPOT
This property was in a great location. Spacious for the whole family. The pool and hot tub was awesome. The mattress in all rooms need to be updated. It would be nice to have had ceiling fans in the rooms.

Nice house close to Disney/ESPN
The house was nice we did have an issue with the hot tub the first night we got there, we contacted Evolve and they did get the pool guy out the next morning and the issue was resolved. The only complaint was 2 of the bedrooms had mattresses that springs popped every time you sat on it or laid down. An upgrade on mattresses is definitely needed for the comfort of the guests.

Nice property
We had an absolutely great time. Everything is as it appears in the listing. The pool was used by us during our entire stay but it needs some attention. Did not call to have it cleaned during our stay because we didn't want our short time together interuppted. Also the beds are extremely firm. Not a deal breaker for us but really could be for others.

Not worth the money
The garborator was broken and wouldn’t drain so we had disgusting water in the sink. Blinds in the kitchen was broken. Toilet paper holders broken on the floor when we arrived. The living room can only sit 3 people. No outside container to dispose of glass bottles.

In one of the master bedrooms, there is a spring that is visible. None of the towels were clean because guests have to clean them before they leave in the morning. The guests before us had to have just dried them without washing because there was hair all in them and after we cleaned the towels we used they were much whiter, with no hair and smelled so much better. None of the sheets/comforters match and have not been replaced in a long time as there are fuzz balls all over them and could not be cleaned with any form of bleach because they are all colored sheets. The house hasn’t been updated in a long time and the sink/everything was just extremely dirty. The house also had a smell when we first entered. Overall the cleanliness of the property was hard to get over.

Beautiful place to stay.
It’s a nice property to stay. But there were some issue with the a/c. But overall it was a nice and a beautiful place for a rental vacation home.

Vacation for a week
We were in town for bball tournament. 2 families shared the space.House was beautiful, it looked exactly like all the pics online. Issues w hot water, but Property mgr responded quickly to fix. Someone broke in my car, in the driveway,the last night, owner said her camera did not show anything 🤨.House had sufficient room, neighborhood was nice, pretty convenient area.
