GREAT LOCATION
It was a great place to stay and definitely recommend it to anyone with a big family going to Disney. It was nice to not all be on top of one another in a tiny space. The kids loved the Mickey and Minnie room also. The master bedroom was awesome with the attched bathroom.

Property was clean, check in was easy, the pictures in the photos make it look ALOT nicer than the acutal property. It was fine but just not what I expected to see when I got there. Overall I was happy with the stay, the price was reasonalbe and probably what it should be with the way the property was.

We had a very good experience. At check in (which was very late due to flight delay), I notice one of the toilet was leaking but it was fixed the next day with no further issues. Very good location for grocery shopping, restaurants, and Disney World

This condo was a nice place to stay and had some nice upgrades. The only thing that bothered me was that the sheets were not clean. Also, there were very few towels to use. Overall we were happy with our stay and felt safe staying there. Perfect place to stay if you’re going to Disney!

Stayed while visiting Disney. Location is great. It's near restaurants, Disney and shopping, including grocery store. Upstairs renters were VERY loud even after midnight. But that was not the fault of Evolve. I would stay at the property again but maybe request an upstairs condo.

The property as whole is pretty rough including the pool area. Room was fairly clean expect for the black mold in the guest shower. Would not stay here again for the money we paid.

It was a great location and clean. But everything was so outdated. The lighting was bad the lights was so dim. And the bathtub faucets needs replaced. Better decor and get rid of fake flowers (dust collectors) But would stay again because of the location and cleanliness.

Not at all what we expected
The condo is rundown and extremely dirty. For a place that charges a crazy amount for cleaning fee the place was not even remotely clean. The floor was absolutely dirty, when wiping crumbs the baby spilled the paper towel was black! The shower head in the master is hanging off the wall and rusted. The handle for the shower was broken and had mold. The sponge in the kitchen was smelly and old, we had to buy new ones. There was nail clippers and lighters in the dresser drawers and used food in the pantry and fridge that should’ve been discarded before our check in. The furniture was old and ripped and smelly. They charge a high cleaning fee but expect you to strip the beds and dump your trash in the dumpster. They expect the dishwasher to be emptied with the dishes in the cabinets. This is not a place I would return to again especially for the amount of money we paid to stay here and the amount for the cleaning fee.

Unclean town home...the water was shut off during the last day of our stay
I would not ever rent this property due to the unclean environment the towels and bedding were old and used. They need to buy new linen and the pictures aren't realistic...all facts. I contacted the owner and he didn't respond with any care or concern regarding the water being shut off during the last day of our stay...needless to say I had to get on the road without taking a proper bad. The owner should have refunded me my money for at least the last day. They wanted to give me money towards another property...not interested

Think twice
If your looking for a cute place to relax in the sun by the pool , this isn’t it! After finally finding the location of the pool, as you won’t find a property map or welcome binder here, we were told the pool is closed until at least 3/18, as it failed inspection. What is even more disappointing is that both the property owner and manager were aware of this but neglected to share. The pictures in this listing are deceiving. The couch needs to be replaced as after sitting on it you are left with pieces of it attached to you. It says it is a non-smoking property but yet there are a gazillion cigarette butts outside the front door scattered everywhere and the smell of smoke hits you when you enter this home. The ceiling in the living room has several patched areas that look horrible. Someone decided to pain over the wallpaper on the bar to the kitchen but then just stopped and did so haphazardly. The picture shows another television in the Master bedroom but there isn’t one. Started to put my belongings away and found the dresser drawers to have someone’s hair left behind. The trash was overflowing in every dumpster for the entire extended weekend and the community is dated and close to the main road making it noisy. Speaking of noises, the neighbors upstairs are very loud and up all hours making it difficult to sleep. I emailed property manager and no response, sent a text and they responded like they were gonna help me and then just stopped and then told me to reach out to Evolve. I shared my concerns to include photos and was basically told oh well by the owner. I have rented several other vrbo properties and this was the worst experience of all.

the basics were fine
The place is for sale and there is a lot of unfinished molding, paint a little rough in spots. None of the bedroom lamps were plugged in or near to outlets, it needs new carpeting, it didnt have many towels and the ones there were what i would use as rags at home.

The mattresses were very uncomfortable and had divets in them. Our car was towed because it was backed into a parking spot but there were no signs stating couldnt back in nor was it on our parking instructions. We did get reimbursed for the towing but it was a day away from time in our vacation as well as the shear horror of walking out and seeing your car is missing. Not how you want to spend a day of your vacation.
