The home was suitable for our needs cozy comfortable and quiet … after the long two days of running around playing football with a million kids coming to the quiet serene place was the best unwinding that was needed !!! Definitely booking this home again

JW Convention get away
The purpose of our stay was, we were celebrating our Jehovah's Witness Convention Me and my family were very pleased and satisfied also comfortable. The location was excellent and convenient. The only disappointment was the TV, we couldn't get it to work also we wanted to use the Hot tub that didn't work further than that we are satisfied thank you

Nice enough
The check-in and out process was seamless. The townhouse was nice for the price, but it could have been better and cleaner. The main problem was the ants in the kitchen. Overall, this townhome provided us a place to sleep in between our time away from Disney.

Nice vacation home
Overall, our stay was nice. It was very roomy, and having the convenience of a full kitchen to cook for the family was nice. However, the lower heating element in the oven did not work and we were unable to bake anything. The replace filter light was on for the filtered water on the fridge, and the ice dispenser was covered in black mold. The hot tub was a nice feature, only wish it wasn’t filthy from the people who stayed before us. I had to drain, clean and then refill the tub before I felt comfortable getting in it. The beds were comfortable and clean, and even though the floors didn’t look dirty they made our feet black. I had to mop them myself after check in. The home served it purpose though.

Great place but missing a few things
Loved the unit and gated community. Great proximity to everything. However, remotes for tv etc did not work. Couldn't get a tv signal. Also missing some basic amenities like extra toilet paper, paper towel, hand soap, aluminum foil, condiments, spices, etc. Would stay here again.

i requested a private pool or jacuzzi show a picture of the jacuzzi .. was told broke uncovered was not able to use it.. shower curtains had mold.. .no face towels.. very dis appointed

Nice location perfect for a family of 5
It was easy to access to the gated community and the property, location was perfect for us. Really close to Disney World. Our family had a blast. The place is pretty, we can tell the manager has read all his reviews and enhancements have been made. The manager was easy to reach at anytime. The only thing we wish they could provide is a couple of big trash bags to place all the trash out at the end of the stay so we the guest can take them to the dumpsters. Other than that. All normal necessities were provided. (A couple of tablets of dish soap, liquid dish soap, sponge, towels 4 downstairs 4 upstairs, the bathrooms had toilet papers… ) We would be looking forward to comeback :)

Inexpensive vs. Expensive!
The. Location was Excellent! Everything you need all in the same area. Very close to parks. So location I give a 10 out of 10! The home it self was great space for a family of 5 or more.. Once we entered the protest their was a deflated balloon floating on the stairs, there was also dirt/dust on the entry floor. I just over looked these two things because it wasn't such a big deal. The furniture was dated, once I turned on the light in kitchen there was a roach in the sink,which was an instant turn off. My family and I live pretty comfortable and my kids never seen a roach so my girls were scared. It was also one in the bathroom downstairs. I was going to immediately report it the next day. But I did not see any more that day or during our stay. So the cleanliness I rate an 1. Will I stay at this property again? Absolutely Not!! I will definitely pay more to fit my lifestyle and to find a place that feels like home for me and my family.

Good location and home base for our time in FL
We chose this townhome because of it's proximity to Give Kids The World Village, where we were volunteering. The neighborhood is nice and having a pool available was a great perk. The house was clean, comfortable, and cool (thank you for AC!). There was a maintenance issue that was resolved quickly. We had to speak to the neighbors about after-hours noise, but we got that sorted out. The bed frames in the two front bedrooms are noisy, especially if you are downstairs and anyone is moving around upstairs. Be sure to read the details on the rental. You will need to provide your own trash bags and toilet paper, so plan ahead. On the whole, a good experience.

The location was close to fast food restaurants, but that’s it. There was only two face towels left for a three bedroom townhome. There was hair in every towel. The pool fob was not left in the home, so my three kids were not able to swim, because you need the fob to enter AND exit the pool. There were dirt stains on the couches. The let out couch was not cleaned because there was a dirty comforter and food on left on the mattress. I wouldn’t stay again.

Not the best
Rented this for 5 days since the price was really reasonable. Once we arrived we found two roaches in the kitchen. There is a grill that it listed isn’t on the property it’s at the park and is more of a group use. There was significant mold at the bottom of all of the shower curtains. The 1/2 bath sink was leaking and the hot tub was off from the circuit breaker. The pictures make it look quaint but it really was just stopped in time like it isn’t kept up with. I reached out to the agency that runs the property with my concerns and they told me they would be in touch and no one ever called me. I would recommend passing on this property.
