Hair in the bed
I have stayed in this resort a number of times and definitely recommend the resort. I booked this condo because everyone said about how clean it was. The furnishings were definitely not as nice as many of the other places I stayed but I booked it anyways because everyone said how clean it was. Upon checking in I found a piece of glass on the kitchen floor which isnā€™t a big deal. At 11:30pm I decided to go to sleep for the night so we could get an early start to our day. I pulled off the comfort and saw a bunch of long black hair on the flat sheet. I initially thought maybe they were just on the flat sheet but pulled it down & more long dark hair all over the fitted sheet. I messaged the property manager asking if there was another set of sheets for the bed. No extra sheets. He told me he knew they were clean. Iā€™ve never found hair in my bed any other time I have rented. I was up till almost 1:30am washing my sheets because gross. There were additional dark hairs found on the shower wall and tub. The best part about this listing was the communication the property manager sent out.

Perfect for a family
Although we were in town for a funeral, this property was a highlight of our trip. Easily accessible to shopping and dining. There were several pool options and we enjoyed them. Great communications with property owner as well. Very clean and really glad we stayed here.

This condo is an excellent location with excellent accommodations. Very spacious & open floor plan. Very clean! Great place to stay! We spent Labor Day weekend and went to Universal Volcano Bay! Eric, the owner is very responsive and very helpful. We will definitely stay here next time!

Perfect for large families
Perfect space for a large family. Living/dining/kitchen areas very accommodating for our family of seven. Plenty of cookware to prepare meals. Large bedrooms & bathrooms. Bonus in both bathrooms: shampoo/conditioner & body wash dispensers in both showers. Beds were very comfortable. Washer & dryer in the condo a major plus! One pool across the parking lot (one minute walk). The clubhouse, lazy river, water slide and larger pool a short two minute drive away. Condo is conveniently located 15-20 minute drive to all the Disney parks. Eric was so gracious and responded quickly to questions. We highly recommend and would definitely stay again!

We stayed here during the college dance team national championships at the ESPN complex, extending our trip to visit Disney parks and Universal Studios. The condo was very clean and is exactly as pictured. The owner is very responsive via text. This is a gated community and felt very safe. There is a front gate with an attendant and a back gate with no attendant. We could never get the passcode or QR code to open the back gate, along with several others who turned away after trying. We figured out how to get to the front gate each time where the attendant lifted the gate. The property is located about 20-25 minutes from Disney parks and Universal, depending on traffic. Overall, this was a great place and we would definitely stay here again.
