Lovely Place to Stay
My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our time at this lovely property. It had everything we needed plus some thoughtful touches. It was clean, was walking distance to Publix and a host of restaurants, and the property manager was very quick to communicate and respond. We were attending a 3-day conference at the Rosen Shingle Creek and loved the proximity of this property. I highly recommend this place for you and your family to stay!

Loved this place! Great location!! Within walking distance to grocery store, cute shops, and restaurants. Super close to resorts community pool. It was a brand new pool and the kids had a blast! The unit was clean, owner provided ample supply of household products (toilet paper, trash bags, paper towels, laundry detergent etc) We will definitely be coming back! It was a great place to stay!!

Great property! Beautiful pool and hot tub. Close to everything! Publix grocery store within walking distance. The have a delicious deli. Lovely walking path that we walked everyday. This was our second year staying at this complex and we would highly recommend it!

This condo fit our needs perfectly while staying in Orlando. It was comfortable, clean and had all the amenities we needed. Also it was close to the places on our itinerary and had a handy grocery store. The hosts were very responsive to a small request we had and ensured we were all set. Great choice over a hotel for our needs!

This property was conveniently located right across the street from where my conference was being held, Rosen Shingle Creek Resort. Very clean condo situated right across from the residential pool which was awesome! Walking distance to Publix and several restaurants. Condo is exactly as pictured. The check-in and check-out process was by far one of the most simplest processes that I have ever used. Would stay again and remind to other!!

Very clean unit and exactly as described. Communication was extremely good and there was even an unexpected welcome basket. Very nice touch and very appreciated. Great place to stay
My family and I spent 3 nights in this condo. It was wonderful, after a full day at universal to just relax in a living room, with a kitchen, with a fridge and Ice dispenser. Just like home. Definitly better than a small hotel room. I would rebook in a minute, the next time we are in the orlando area. Thanks to Ana and the people who work at the location of the condo, they were quick to answer questions and very friendly.

Great place to stay!
ITZ was the company we rented from. They were attentive to every detail to include a welcome basket in our vila along with refreshments fed on the refrigerator as a welcome gift. Wow! The little things like this go a long way. The ONLY issue we had was the odor lingering in the villa. It was more of a food/spice odor. My recommendation is to have air purifiers to clean the air to make it please for the next renters.

Stop searching and chose this one!
We (3 adults) rented this property for four nights and I have to say it was the best decision ever made! The condo is exactly as the pictures shown and it was spotlessly clean. This was a last minute rental for us due to another company falling through. ITZ came through immediately and it was lightning fast communications. There are supplied toiletries, dishwasher and washing machine soaps. If you have any problems, we had none, but a later flight just ask to see if check in or out times can be adjusted. They did for us but communicate as early as possible. The welcome gift basket caught us all by surprise. Who does that these days?? Overall, this is a 10 star review and we will absolutely use them again! Thank you!

Convenient location to all the attractions
Pros: We flew from Seattle and had a late arrival so appreciated the ease of access and being on the first floor. Welcome basket and already having coffee pods/sugars was a nice touch for the kids/adults. Nice to have the grocery store close by. Clean unit and had the necessary items. The bigger pool you have to drive to but nice to have the pool bar for food/drink compared to the pool closer to unit. Cons: Bathrooms/kitchen while clean need updating as you can tell it’s old. Sink in master doesn’t drain well and can tell drain needs to be unclogged as you can see a ton of stuff:/. Would be nice to have more than one night stand (or small table) by master bed as I had nothing to put my phone/ glass of water on at night…small suggestion. Sofa not the comfiest but we barely were in the unit during the day/night so didn’t bother us as much.

Well appointed,comfortable, immaculate
My brother and I stayed at this well appointed, very comfortable, immaculately maintained 2 BR 2 Bath condo in a terrific location on Universal Boulevard. We were there in March to go to the Arnold Palmer / Bay Hill Classic Golf Tournament. If you are coming to visit Disney, Universal, Sea World you can't have a more convenient location than this -- and the Kennedy Space Center is very accessible from this Orlando location as well. This location is just a very convenient short distance from International Drive which has many restaurants and other attractions but can be a noisy and congested place to stay. This condo is part of a larger very attractive condo development with many amenities, including a small "neighborhood" pool, a larger main pool and clubhouse that includes a small fitness room, a game room and a courteous concierge service which was very helpful to us. Literally next door is a small shopping area which includes a Publix Supermarket and across the street is Shingle Creek Golf Course -- a very nice resort course. Finally, you will find Ana and the rest of the rental staff to be a real treat to deal with -- very pleasant, accommodating and helpful. Enjoy your stay as we did !!

Great condo for family visiting Orlando
We just came back from 5 days in Orlando visiting Disney World. Had a great stay in this condo - our two girls (4 and 8) had their own room and we had ours - a must in my opinion for any successful vacation. Unit was clean, well-maintained and close to the parks. An important note - while the complex is closer to Universal and Sea World, it's less than 30 minutes door-to-gate at the Disney Parks (including parking and taking the tram to the main gate). I was concerned we'd be further away, but it's very convenient in and out of Disney- most days we came back for snacks (and naps) before going back in the evening and it was very convenient. Also, a Publix within walking distance meant easy grocery shopping - we saved a ton on breakfast (and lunches and snacks) by being able to eat in or take with. The unit was also stocked with snacks and drinks - a very nice touch! I am in training for a half-marathon and managed to keep my routine thanks to fitness center and abundant paths and trails around the unit. We can't wait to come back in a few years when our oldest will be able to enjoy Universal. Thank you for making our stay so enjoyable.

Perfect Place!
We just returned from the endless week of Park fun. This condo is clean,and nicely decorated. It was a pleasure to stay here. Convenient to all area attractions, restaurants,and other fun stuff to do like mini-golf. Ana was wonderful to work with. Everything went smoothly and we had no worries with our accommodations. I will call them when we next plan an Orlando vaca. It is a nice touch to any vacation to have someone looking out for you,and leave snacks and drinks for your arrival. Also,a condo allows more stretching room for a family, as opposed to a hotel room. We looked forward to getting home to this condo at the end of our busy Park days. The very close at hand Publix is friendly,clean and has may organic products available. This saved us even more dollars as we had breakfast in and some dinners. The kitchen had all that I needed to prepare meals.Being on the ground floor is nice too. No carrying heavy suitcases up stairs, or running back up stairs,hallways when we realized we left something inside. Thanks Ana!

Perfect for Our Trip
This was just as pictured, very clean, and perfect for our weekend trip. Very close to the convention center for our tournament. Plus close to SeaWorld and Universal. The facility pools were fabulous, and staffed. We also appreciated the gift package and snacks welcoming us after a long drive. Would definitely stay here again!
