Great Vacation Home Ideal Retreat in the Heart of the Disney area

All primary guests are required to register their stay at the front desk upon arrival.
At registration, all guests are required to purchase a $20, NONREFUNDABLE, Gate Card for each vehicle that will travel through our gate for the duration of their stay.

Terra Verde Resort is only 10 minutes from Disney, Theme Parks, outlet shopping, great restaurants.
Enjoy a relaxing vacation in a gated community that caters to everyone; private pool, community pool, tennis courts, tiki bar, fitness room, community hot tub, basketball court, children's playground, arcade, community movie night, karaoke night, bingo night.

Other great attractions: theaters, Water Parks, Gatorland, LEGOLAND, Universal, Epcot, Sea World and sight seeing.

Stayed for Disney race. Easy to get to parks. Very nice and clean house. Just a heads up you have to purchase a gate card for each card that costs 25.00. That was not in the listing.

We couldn’t enjoy the pool at all because it was full of dead ants! The master bath had live and dead ants. The backyard was full of ants crawling around everywhere. The host tried to tell me it was material from the rooftop but I know what I experienced.

Exactly as described. Location very good for your vacation, really close to the parks and shopping. House is in beautiful gated community, very secure with a lot of amenities. House very clean inside and out. Hats down to the owner for pool heating, it was a pleasure to use it. Will be back again for sure.

Perfect layout
The house has everything you need. Tv’s in every bedroom and garage. 2 bedrooms have 4 piece ensuites, and a third 4 piece bathroom. The resort was quiet and clean and had quite a bit to offer. Tiki bar wasn’t open doing some reno’s. Should be open by May.
