Booked at the resort, but when we arrived were told we were in the towers, which was a completely different address, more of a standard hotel, not even as nice as a best western, and nothing matched the description. It took me two days to receive a call back, they finally offered to move us 5 days into our reservation, to a room that was not any better. The discounts off of park tickets was misinformation as well. I wasted almost 3 hours of my time to essentially be called a liar at the tour, and then could only get discounts on one park, which I had specifically asked about when I had originally booked my reservation. I ended up spending so much more money than I had budgeted since I didn't have the described kitchen and ended up having to eat out each night. Eventually I was compensated 100.00 for the inconvenience, and that was only an option because I didn't let it go.
