When you're not at the parks, relax and enjoy all the first-rate amenities this first-rate resort has to offer. Take a refreshing dip in the Olympic-sized, salt-water pool with hot tub and children's splash pad. Enjoy some lunch or a refreshing, tropical drink at the Tiki bar by the pool. Explore the 7,500 sq. feet clubhouse equipped with sundry shop, fitness centre, games room, Nintendo Wii suite, cyber café, a 58 seat movie theatre and luxurious lounge area. Enjoy outdoor recreation with tennis and basketball courts, sand volleyball and a children's playground.

Why stay in a cramped hotel room with limited amenities when you can stay in Kuzco's fully furnished and equipped, beautifully decorated condo for half the price! We've got everything you need to ensure your family experiences the best Disney vacation ever!

Master and Queen bedroom equipped with Flatscreen TV/DVD combos with cable. The master bedroom has a computer desk and chair with free high-speed internet access for those who travel with their laptop computers. Programmable safe is provided to lock away valuables.

The Twin Bedroom is decorated in a Jungle theme with Kuzco's pet panther to greet you. This bedroom is equipped with a Flatscreen TV/DVD combo mounted on the wall.

The living room has a 42' flat-screen TV with DVD player and a selection of movies for the family, with comfy sofas - one of which is a sleeper sofa.

The dining table seats six.

Our kitchen is fully equipped with stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, blender, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, pots and pans and all the dishware and utensils necessary for making simple or complex meals. Also available is a full size clothes washer and dryer.

We can provide a high chair or a Pack N Play fold out crib UPON REQUEST.

This second floor condo is 1,208 sq ft with a private screened-in balcony. There is no elevator - stairs only. The second floor condo is a short 2-3 minute walk to the clubhouse and pool and free parking is available immediately outside the condo.

We have a key-less door entry system - you do not need to go to a check-in office first.

This was overall a great stay. It was pretty accurate in terms of advertisement. The host was super responsive. It did the job as we were at the parks all day and only there to sleep. There were a few minor cleanliness issues, but overall was pleased with our stay.

The condo was great for our family trip. It's not far from all the attractions to go visit in the area. Anna was great with communication and the condo did not disappoint. This was our first time using Vrbo and it was such an easy process. Check in was super easy. The condo was exactly what we wanted/thought it would be. Clean with plenty of room for us. The community pool/splash pad was so nice to enjoy on our off day. It’s super close to the parks but also to grocery stores and restaurants. We definitely plan to be back one day.

We booked the trip in 2022, we chose this property on looking at the pics we were not disappointed one bit. The whole estate is very clean and quiet and feel safe for my family. The pool is lovely spent may hours there soaking up the suns and relaxing the bar is ok but the selection of food is limited for children but the arcade is good enough for my kids

My husband and I took our four children on vacation to Florida. From the time I booked my stay until we had to leave was the best experience I've ever had with traveling. The condo was gorgeous, the community was friendly and upbeat and close to shopping. I didn't want to leave, we felt right at home. There were a couple minor cleaning issues (had to rewash some dishes, wipe out the cabinets before using them) but was no big deal and I was easily able to "fix". The space was perfect for our family size, the beds were super comfy, the pin lock pad on the door made it easier for the kids to come and go as they pleased, the pool and other amenities were close enough to walk.... the list goes on, I can't tell you enough how amazing our stay was. My husband and I will be contacting again for future stays!!! Thank you for everything

The best!
Luxury condo very nice kitchen bed were comfy. Everything in great shape no issues. Very clean. Very well stocked kitchen with tons sof utensils, bowls, etc. Great communcation with manager. Easy to follow instructions. Resort amenities always great here. We played pickleball and basketball, getting the equipment from the desk which was awesome. Good location. Very quiet at night. Restful sleep. Will definitley stay here again!!

A Christmas Joy
The house was great and we had a tremendous stay. Tastefully decorated with all the needed amenities. We essentially only slept there and grabbed a quick bowl of cereal, but I will definitely reach out again when we return. It only added to our wonderful Christmas holiday at Disney. Happy New Year.

Great Base for WDW
We stayed a week in this condo to mainly visit Disney World (and a day trip to Tampa). The area is very safe, and the property is roomy, clean, and nicely decorated with all the necessary amenities (though you should bring paper supplies). It was great being able to make breakfast in the morning and bringing lunch to save time/money. WDW parks are 15-20 or so minutes away (depending on traffic). Walmart and publix are also close. We didn't use the pool but it looked well taken care of. We would stay here again!

Great get away
The property was exactly what we needed for our vacation. The owner was amazing, very helpful with questions, and quick to respond. Thanks to her recommendation I was able to have a stoller that I rented dropped off and waiting for us at the sundry room.Condo was exactly as described and clean. Location was perfect. Very close to walmart, gas stations, cvs, etc. My kids also loved the pool. It was a nice and well kept area. Most important for us, close and easy Disney World access! Took us about 15-20 minutes to get to the parks and that was with fall break traffic.

Great, convenient location. I would stay again.
We had a problem with sugar ants in the kitchen and bathroom. Also, the twin bed had a blood stain on the mattress protector once I removed the sheets for washing. Overall, nice place with quick response from owner regarding any questions we had. We would stay here again when we come back to Orlando! Thanks!

This condo was lovely. We really only used it to sleep and shower between parks but it would be a great place for a long-term stay. We had plenty of room and the layout was perfect for our 3 young kids. The unit is also well stocked with kitchen utensils and random baby gear. We didnt need any of it but I was surprised to find a highchair, umbrella stroller and packnplay for our use. The guard at the gate was very friendly and getting in and out was very easy. There's a Wal-Mart and all your standard fast food/shops just a few minutes away and easy enough to get to.

Beautiful condo minutes away from Disney
We really enjoyed our stay at this condo! It was very clean with a fully equipped kitchen and plenty of bath linens. The check in process was especially easy and the staff was friendly. The pool was also beautiful! There are grocery stores minutes away so you can stock up your kitchen if you plan to eat in. This was a Disney trip for our family so being close to the parks was a must without having to pay the price of staying at one of the Disney resorts. This condo is only about 15 minutes away from any of the Disney parks so very convenient. I would highly recommend this condo! I have one tip for traveling if new to the area - Orlando airport gets insanely busy! Plan plenty of time to check any bags and go through security. We arrived at the airport 2 hours early and we almost missed our flight.

I’m not sure what happened some of my friends were not happy with the property. They ended up at a hotel. They sent pictures of things they were not happy about. I didn’t go there personally. But stains in the mattress was apparent, complaints about the a/c and concerns about bugs. So, that was my experience.

Wonderful Stay!
The condo is tucked inside a lovely gated community. The clubhouse and amenities were so convenient and well taken care of. The condo itself was fantastic! The ONLY thing I can think to suggest for improvement is the king bed. It wasn't very comfortable to sleep on, but I know everyone's preferences are different and it could just be mine that wasn't a good match for it. It just felt a little too stiff and unforgiving. But, even that is just a small nitpick and the only thing I could say that's not awesome. We stayed for our first Disney trip with another family we're close friends with and the place was perfect for families with kids. I loved having access to Disney channel of course and everything worked as expected, no issues with appliances or anything. The owner was super sweet when we called to ask about a possible early check-in. We were pleased with the pool and how quiet it was most of the time we did spend there. Highly recommend and we will absolutely be staying again next time we make the trek down to Disney!

Great Location
Anna was very helpful when we decided to extend our stay one night to the start and end of our stay. She answered all our questions very quickly as well. The place was clean, had plenty of room for our group of 4 and the property where it’s at is nice. Having the security gate to get in is an added bonus. We never had an issue with parking and parked in front every time. Oh and the AC worked wonderful, but I would have loved a ceiling fan in the bedroom as I’m a hot sleeper. If I had two items that could improve the stay it would be, a larger water tank, as it wasn’t enough for all of us to take quick showers. The other would be the instructions of what had to be done before leaving. When a cleaning fee is paid, I’m not sure that saying you need to take out all trash, wash your towels, strip the beds and do the dishes is reasonable. We had a very early morning flight where we had to leave the VRBO by 530 am making that difficult to do. With that said, at the price we paid for such a nice unit, we did our best to do what we could. It helped that we were not a messy group and had no kids with us. We were also not at the unit much as were we at the parks every day of our stay. I’d definitely stay here again if we came back to visit parks. The area had a Walmart very close and lots of dining options. If you stay with kids or really wanting to stick to a budget having a full kitchen was nice. We did not use it, but still nice to have.
