Yes. Pool and spa heat can be added for $30/day + tax. The pool heater heats the pool to ~88 degrees and the spa to ~101 degrees. The spa will not heat up unless pool/spa heat is purchased.
2) Is there a BBQ grill?
A BBQ grill is not kept at the home. We will provide information where a gas grill can be rented and delivered to the house. Charcoal grills are not allowed.
3) Does the home have a child safety fence blocking the pool?
There is a child safety fence blocking the pool.
4) Is the kitchen fully stocked?
The kitchen is fully stocked with pots and pans, cooking utensils, flatware, plates, glasses, etc. (Due to liability reasons no food or food related items are provided.)

Linens and towels (including pool towels) are provided.

This house was truly beautiful. The house is exactly like the listing. My grandkids enjoyed the game rooms, the House pool, and the Oasis clubhouse. Had an issue at the clubhouse one day but it was resolved quickly by the owner! Management Staff was very friendly and responsive.

Great stay at GOAT House
My family and I recently stayed, May 7th to 18th, at the GOAT house. • The check-in process was incredibly easy. • We were very happy with the cleanliness of the house. • Owners and property managers were very responsive leading up to the trip and when we arrived earlier than expected and asked to get in at 3pm instead of 4pm. • Amenities at the house and resorts were good. But be prepared for a couple of things: • the house is stocked with ONLY the bare minimum of paper products and cleaning supplies. We even had to purchase Kleenex because there wasn't any. • there are absolutely no cooking supplies outside of pots/pans and utensils. No cooking spray, no spices (not even salt and pepper). So if you're planning to cook, all of those items will need to be purchased. • the food and drinks served at the resort clubhouses are VERY expensive. So if you're planning to spend the day, be sure to factor that in. Overall, we had a great stay and were very happy with the house. Just a few minor things that caught us off guard but nothing that prevented us from having a wonderful time.

We loved our stay here! It was very clean and well-kept and was just as described online. Property management was communicative and helpful. Our family had a blast! Traffic in central Florida is for the birds, but the home and neighborhood are a beautiful oasis. We recommend getting a cabana at the Oasis Club for a day, and kayaking the Emerald Cut.

Absolutely loved this property! Went with 5 adult couples and it was perfect. Great pool and the highlight was all the competitions we had going on with the arcade games. Can’t advise on things to do in the area as the house was so much fun, we only left for groceries and dinners. The place was spotless and beds were super comfy. What an amazing property. It was even better than shown on the property information details. The GOAT house is extremely well equipped and it seemed that no expense was spared in kitting it out with games, entertainment features and decor. there certainly was no complaints from the children (or adults) when we had days off from the theme parks.

Great house!
This house is exactly as described. Plenty to occupy the kids. The homeowners answered questions quickly and were very friendly. House was super clean. It is an easy walk to the main oasis clubhouse, and there is a free shuttle to get to the other pool, which has two more waterslides. The lanai has ample covered seating space, which was very convenient for watching football when it was raining. We would definitely stay at this house again. Thank you!

This house was absolutely amazing. It met all of our groups needs with the accommodations listed and not listed. The house was cleaned thoroughly, there was more than enough space downstairs so that we didn't feel overcrowded in the house and there was something for all age ranges to enjoy about the house. I highly recommend anyone to book. This is one of the few homes that had every kitchen appliance and dish needed to fully enjoy your stay. I would only suggest perhaps 1-2 more trash bags and laundry tabs.

We stayed here for my parents 50th anniversary. We selected it because of the ability to have my parents, my sister’s family, and mine all in one place with great communal area and plenty of activities for the entire family. We had such a great time at the GOAT house. Plenty of room for all the adults and kids. Pool was a BIG hit with all. Short drive to all the parks and many stores nearby. Only recommendation would be to lable the remotes for each room. With so many kids running around I never knew what remote went with what TV but just a suggestion. Loved everything, would stay again for sure!!

We took the whole family to Orlando for a once in a lifetime tour of all the area parks together. Absolutely enjoyed our stay at this house. Had everything we needed and so much more. The kids were in heaven playing upstairs or in the pool and the adults got some chill team soaking in the sun and swimming. Fantastic place and couldn't recommend it enough.
