The house was perfect for our group of 11. It is extremely well equipped and very clean. Everyone had plenty of space to spread out and we all enjoyed the pool. The owners provided detailed information which was helpful throughout our stay. Would highly recommend this home!

This house was super duper clean, every toilet, shower, beds, floors!! We were 6 couples and we loved that we all had king beds, internet worked perfectly, the kitcgen was well stocked, garbage bags, dish liquid, and all appliances you need to make any meal.bathrooms had toiletries, pool temperature was ready for us to jump in when we arrived, and were able to enjoy our stay immediately. Location is perfect and a Publix in withn 2 miles.

The property is just right for our group. Spacious and well appointed. Barb and Jerry were superb hosts. We had a small issue with the grill but it was user error! Nonetheless, Barb and Jerry had two people come out to address it in a very timely manner.

This is without doubt the best accommodation we have rented- and we’ve had many! The house is so well equipped with everything you could ever want. There was plenty of crockery and cutlery. The bedrooms were well furnished with top quality linen and the beds were so comfortable. Lots of toiletries were provided. The pool area was good and my grandkids (and adults) spent many hours enjoying. Lots of pool towels were provided. Barb and Jerry are excellent hosts- nothing is too much trouble. Communication throughout was excellent. We had a wonderful stay and will definitely recommend.

Memorial day weekend with Family
The property was clean, had plenty of kitchen utensils, pots, pans, and upgraded kitchen appliances. Great for all our cooks! The movie room was fantastic in the evenings. This is the 2nd time staying here. Comfy beds, plenty of towels both for the pool and bathrooms. Pool was great! Plenty of outdoor seating. Will definitely stay here again. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

Best family vacation property with EVERYTHING you could need!!!!
I travel with my family to Florida every year. We have stayed in many rental properties through the years and I've never left a review(good or bad) but this time I have to make an exception. Barb and Jerry are amazing hosts. They've thought of absolutely everything you would need to have the best vacation ever. The house is beautiful and clean. I traveled with twin toddlers and they have 2 of everything I could possibly need for them. From high chairs to cribs. They have baby blankets and sheets. I mean everything. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you could need. The pool was amazing and the jacuzzi warms up to the perfect temp. Our flight got in very early and they fixed it so that we could have early check in. They have it all. Laundry detergent, first aid kits, paper towels, coffee for the keurig machine, plastic silverware and even a sewing needle and thread if you need it. They truly thought of everything a family could need. Did I mention the grill?? They respond to messages very quickly and I'm so grateful for all they did for my family. So if you are debating between this property and another one... pick this one and thank me later. They are the best. Thanks Barb and Jerry.

Great reunion place

Completely blown away by this amazing property
Let’s start by saying the description of the property is not even close to how amazing it is. Jerry and Barbara are what every homeowner or property manager should strive to be. Not only was the house beautiful and super clean, and yes the sheets were ironed. The furniture, bedding, and amenities were everything we could ask for, I am not kidding when I say they thought of everything to make your stay enjoyable and as easy as possible. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything you could possibly need and every appliance known to man. If you are traveling with children and babies they have you completely covered. The sheer amount of toiletries that they supplied in every bathroom was quite a shock to us and all of are guests. Umbrellas and ponchos at the ready in case you need them to enjoy the parks in any weather. Most importantly to us they accommodated are dogs. Imagine our complete shock to find dog bowls in the closet to make sure our furry friends were well taken care of. I cannot recommend this listing enough, I have stayed at many 5 star hotels and this property due to the care of the owners rates a 10.Congratulations Jerry and Barbara! Our group of 8 golfers thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this beautiful well appointed home including hot tub, bbq, amazing theater room, etc. Barb and Jerry are amazing host/owners. They were professional, courteous and provided timely response to any query. We enjoyed the OASIS club which is accessible to vacationers. Also enjoyed the closeby shopping amenities and of course the very many golf courses available nearby. We would definitely return and stay here for our return trip next year and recommend to others this location as well. John

Perfect stay
We have stayed at a lot of different homes, but this home was by far the best. Barb and Jerry have thought of everything to make your stay enjoyable. The 88 degree pool and 103 degree hot tub weee amazing. Also the amenities were so helpful from laundry detergent, dishwasher soap to makeup removers and a-tips. The location was perfect too.

Amazing home!

Barb and Jerry are the 2 best owners we have ever had! We have a golf group that travels to Orlando annually. We have stayed at 1474 Moon Valley the past few years. We have only great things to say about Barb and Jerry - they are extremely conscientious, accommodating, and so very prompt in responding to any questions or concerns we may have. Three generations celebrating Christmas!! We were a total of “17” ages 80 to 15… Bedrooms (8) were all good size.. kitchen was well equipped with the pots and pans and dishes and glassware…very comfortable for all of us..the host couple went way beyond on helping us with information and anything else we had questions on.. Just a truly amazing week.. only commend I can suggest that would be a benefit for us seniors is.. to mention that there is no handicap railing for getting into and out of the pool. We fortunately had some great grandsons handy for helping.. Next time we come, this will be the first home we will checkout.. Jim and Cindy 2023 Christmas 🎄

Fantastic home and owners!
Stayed for 6 nights to celebrate my daughter’s wedding at Disney! Family stayed with us so we could celebrate before and after the big day. This house is unbelievably clean and stocked with everything you could imagine and more. Nothing is left out of the mix. Plenty of room to get 11 woman including brides ready for the big day. Pool and hot tub were sparkling and perfect and the lanai was a welcome space to hang out. The movie room was well utilized and the game room was too! The bathrooms were well stocked and the towels and sheets were not only clean, they were luxurious. The owners worked with me for over a year to secure and plan this trip. They are gracious, kind and super responsive to questions and concerns. Nothing was overlooked in the booking, the renting or the stay. I will return. I highly recommend, and I thank them from all of us as they truly helped make the weekend wedding one to remember!
