This fantastic town house is an ideal home-away-from-home for your next vacation! Located in the regal oak resort just behind old town and “fun spot” USA off hwy 192 and i-4, this vacation house is a perfect place to relax and unwind.

The newly renovated resort amenities include a heated pool, a children's pool with slides, a bar, a restaurant, a convenient store, a fitness center, a tennis court, etc. All the amenities are available to you with no extra fee. Regal Oak Resort is also a gated community. Daily children activities are available at the resort building for free.

This town house is recently furnished with new mattresses, linens, flat screen TVs, towels, all small appliances and pots and pans, etc.

This new luxury 4 bedroom / 3.5 bathroom two-story villa features:

Brand new mattresses and linens;
A fully equipped kitchen;
Baby gear (crib/playpen and stroller);
Complementary high speed wireless internet access;
Cable flat screen LCD/led TVs
Two private parking spaces in front of villa;
Two master bedrooms, one downstairs and the other upstairs with a king size bed, a walk-in closet, and a large bathtub;

It is just behind old town and fun spot USA. Walking distance to restaurants and stores. It is about 3 miles to Disney, 11 miles to universal studio and 9 miles to sea world.

I follow every steps from booking to checking in and check out to ensure the guests have everything they need for their vacation home.

The private hot tub is not in operation right now. There is a hot tub in the community pool area which you can use if needed.

The place was wonderful!! Had enough room for 5 adults and 1 child. Very clean and comfortable. Except for the private hot tub not working. Everything was great. The community pool and hot tub were great. Close to all the amusement parks and grocery stores.

Very nice, well located place!!
These 4 bedroom condo is very nice, comfortable, near to a lot of things, about 10 mins from Disney Magic Kingdom, 30 mins to the Universal Studios parks, 30 mins to Orlando International Airport and much more!! Very recomended in general, the only negative thing we could say is that the hot water runs out quite fast, we were 5 and having very quick showers, the last persons would have just warm water, other than that very nice place!!

Perfect for a family Disney trip
We stayed here for a recent family trip to Disney and it was perfect. The property was clean and convenient to all of the Disney parks. The beds were comfy and there was a ton of space for our whole family. We didn’t use it, but there were pack n plays, strollers and a high chair which would make it convenient with small children. To top it off, the pool was beautiful and the pond was full of animals life so we enjoyed our break day just hanging around the resort. I would highly recommend this place and would definitely stay here again. Thanks for a great stay!

First time booking a VRBO. The townhouse was exactly as posted.was clean, comfortable beds, and plenty of hot water. I booked based on the area it was as I was familiar with it. Disney is only about 15 minutes away by car. Old Town is within walking distance where there are plenty of restaurants and shops. There is a Lynx bus station at Old Town which is convenient. The food and drinks were good in the hub (resort restaurant). We are already planning another longer trip so we can enjoy the heated pool.

Such an easy check in. House was clean.So much space for family of 5. Such a great location to access lots of tourist areas. Loved the pool. Enjoyed seeing deer's outside the property which was a big surprise. Laundry was well placed and efficient. Cooling was great with comfortable beds and lots of space for hanging clothes. Pros: very happy overall. Great communication with property manager was easy and very responsive Cons: stroller and some carpets upstairs were well loved but didn't affect use. Would absolutely stay again if we visit from Australia again. Thank you!

Great weekend
We rented this unit for my daughter's softball tournament in Kissimmee for the weekend. It was really nice and roomy. We went to the softball games during the day and in the evening we went to old town which is right in front of the resort. I would say the only bad thing was the hot tub wasn't working. But everything else was great. Thank you

Townhome was clean and convenient to attractions but was very disappointed that the hot tub did not work as that was why I chose this rental.Booked this in July of 2015 and was not told the hot tub did not work.Had a couple other issues but Mary took care of them.

The exterior of the grounds we're nice. Interior of the unit was worn down. Dishwasher did not work well. Dried blood on curtains, leading to screen porch. Screen door was broken. Screens were torn. Floor of porch was dirty. No chairs in the master bedroom porch. GFI outlet in hall bath is not working. Dishes and cutlery were dirty. I would not recommend anyone to stay here.

Family trip for wedding in Epcot
Condo was very roomy. We used all four bedrooms and fans in each room were a nice feature. Rooms seemed comfortable with temp set at 73. Location was close to Disney and restaurants near by. We used the pool and hot tub at the resort and my 21 year old daughter loved the slides. Employee at the resort restaurant was very nice the first night we arrived. Food was good as well. Mary stayed in touch with us during our stay so if there were questions, she was able to answer soon after we reached out. Overall a nice place to stay at affordable price. The price basically doubled with all the fees associated with Florida and VROB etc but still reasonable for size of unit.

Highly recommended!
We have always stayed on Disney property when on a Disney vacation, but this stay has converted me! The house was clean, we had plenty of space, and it is RIGHT off Disney property! We had one issue where the A/C wasn’t cooling, but I contacted the owner and she had someone come out to fix it that night! I would definitely stay here again! As an extra bonus, there was a small herd of friendly wild deer that live in the area. They greeted us every morning when we left and every evening when we got “home”!
