I had an issue with the AC unit. The night it became unbearable I was unable to reach anyone because the internet was out and so the chat was unavailable also the numbers are only available during office hours and nobody ever answered the emergency number. Therefore when the internet finally was back up the next day I sent a message in the chat and instead of sending a technician that day they tried to fix it through chat. So another night of heat. It was at this point late that night I tried calling expedia and expedia could not even get through to the property manager. Finally they agreed to send a technician the next day and it turned out something was blocked and that’s why the AC unit stop working. It was awful I mean the unit was ridiculously hot my husband and I slept on the couch because there was a ceiling fan downstairs. There was no fan in three of the bedrooms so the majority of our crew were hot and uncomfortable. Never again…, they need a number for after hour emergencies!!!
