Great sized room and great location, management could use some improvement
Great stay in a large family friendly room. Onsite restaurants could use improvement, but they are enough to get by. Our stay was unfortunately disrupted by a sprinkler pipe problem just outside our door, so the hallway was soaked for most of our visit, there were large and noisy fans in the hall for most of our visit, and they had to tear out parts of the ceiling to fix the leak, so there was drywall debris all over for most of our visit. I understand that this is out of our control and out of the hotel's control, but it certainly impacted our ability to enjoy the room and property. Unfortunately we never heard from management and weren't provided any information, we had to ask the workers every day what the status was and what to expect the next day. Management could use some improvement on that aspect of our stay.
