Good Vacation
Very relaxing. Very dark inside but living area and bedrooms Very comfortable. Several parties nearby and went on late into the evening very loud music so evening outdoor relaxation is difficult overall host communicating with the hotel poor . very long check in time. Disappointed that we were not notified that we would be hounded by sales people to buy into a timeshare when booking the reservation.

Spacious room
The room was very large and included anything you would need for your stay. I found the property itself to be confusing and there were not many food options. Check in was miserable as they try to sell you a time share. I do not want to be harassed by sales people while on vacation.

Our stay was wonderful. With the resort so close to all Disney parks, it made it easy to get around. This was our second stay at Bonnet Creak and I'm sure we will be back again.

Best Trip Ever!
We had such a wonderful time at Club Wyndham. When we arrived the check in was quick, our room was clean and the property was beautiful. The staff were very nice and accommodating, we asked for more towels and a pack and play, it was at our room within 15 minutes and then they called us to ensure we received it. Overall, we had a wonderful vacation experience and would definitely stay here again.

The resort is great. The condo was exactly as listed. Very clean and plenty of space. The heating and cooling functioned well through the fluctuating temperatures during our trip. The property management team was great during the booking process, they answered all of our questions and request promptly and were very kind and accommodating. We really enjoyed our stay and will return!

Home away from home

Perfect everything
Perfect location, 10-15 minutes to almost all major attractions. Beautiful rooms and resort. Love that they have plenty of pools so never really too crowded. And we were on the 7th floor and we were able to see Epcot and Magic kingdom fireworks every night. We will stay there again.

Property shuttle
We had a wonderful stay in the condo but the limited shuttle and unhelpful shuttle staff was a big disappointment plus frustration. We were given wrong pick up locations twice and could not get clear information from staff. Besides the shuttle service, the rest of our rest was excellent and highly recommended. Thank you.
