Don’t stay here if you care about your sanity
I book this place for my family to stay at while we were going to universal. The host never responded to any of my messages and phone calls and if I could give negative stars i would. We had to cancel our stay when the host never gave the arrival instructions and the Vrbo manager couldn’t help us get in to it due to the host being the only one to know the arrival instructions. They wanted to wait 1-2 hours before check in to rebook our place making us drive hours on hopes that the host would answer our messages after 17 days with no communication.
