Check-In:
Communication and check-in with this property was the worst I've ever dealt with. Upon reserving it, Expedia gave me a note that said the booking is done through the corporate office. When I called them, they said they sent an email but hadn't. Finally got it and had to get a bunch of forms and photos of my ID and credit card, only to have them fail to respond for an extended time, then had to do even more paperwork upon arrival, and then had a $10 cash-only parking surprise thrown at me.
Staff:
The corporate office staff I called were pretty neutral. The gate attendant the night I arrived and the clubhouse attendant were very friendly and sympathetic towards the awful process. The gate attendant the day I checked out was terse and dismissive.
Amenities/Equipment:
They have very slow-moving gates to enter the grounds that required a rfid card. On one occasion, the first gate (a raising bar, like you might see at a toll booth or rail road crossing) closed onto my car as I was driving through.
The wi-fi network the book said to use was unavailable, and the supposed 5G signal there was atrocious.
