This three-story home is the perfect accommodation for group of friends, families or corporate travelers. Each floor ensures privacy and comfort for all who stay. One of its many highlights is the wonderful second story accommodations. The living room area features two ultra comfortable couches, a large flat screen T.V., a Wii console and games. High speed wireless internet, cable and nationwide calling included. The large dining room table has seating for six. The fully equipped, modern kitchen with an oven, a microwave oven, a coffee maker and a toaster, among other things, will make meal preparation and entertaining a pleasure while the dishwasher will make cleaning up a breeze. A half bathroom is located on the second floor as well.

Vista Cay Club House Pool and new Epic Universe Park Update: The main pool at Vista Cay is undergoing renovations scheduled to be completed in late Spring 2025. Guests currently can enjoy the New Isles Pool & Bar, located less than 5-minute walk from the unit. There is a great pool bar and lots of choices to grab a bite close by. While the renovation may cause some inconvenience, the Clubhouse lobby, game room, and fitness center will remain open, though occasional temporary closures may occur for safety. There will also be road construction in preparation for the eagerly awaited Epic Universe Park opening in Summer 2025.  We appreciate your understanding during this time!

FAQ:
How do I get directions and check in instructions? Prior to arrival, you will receive directions, gate codes, a keyless access code for the unit, and other pertinent information about your stay. What do I need to bring? We provide you with a fully furnished unit. Our gourmet kitchen is equipped to accommodate meal preparation and storage. We provide linens, towels, beach towels and a starter kit of paper towels, toilet paper, garbage bags, dish washing soap, sponge and dishwasher tabs. Any additional items not included above, food, drinks and any personal items will need to be purchased or brought along with you. A large supermarket is located minutes away. The store’s address, phone number and hours is in the welcome information packet, located in the unit.

This place was perfect for us 8 adults stayed very comfortable! Got there late on a friday night and no trouble getting in after a 12 hour drive! only there for 3 night before we left on a cruise! Very easy acess to sea world only bout 5 min drive!

Best Vista Cay Townhouse
This was by far the best Vista Cay property we have stayed at. Super clean, amazing extra touches, comfy beds and we loved the layout. We are pretty frequent to Orlando and will be looking to see if this property is available first. Thank you for such a great stay.

Orlando Getaway

Not-quite elegant townhome
The properties listed as an elegant townhome and it was not quite that. The property needs a serious clean as well as a serious update. I know this is Florida, but we also had issues where there were numerous cockroaches seen. The three star rating was basically due to location and convenience and the space of the place.

Fabulous time
This was our second stay at this townhome. We loved every second of both stays. Great layout with all the amenities you need plus some goodies to get you started. Location is ideal. Close enough to all the parks, the airport and the highways to get to both Clearwater and St Augustine. Highly recommend!!

Great spot for work teams to stay in Orlando. En suite bathrooms for each bedroom was a huge help giving all our team members privacy. Honestly the best bath towel set up I've had in a STR, more than enough in each room and they are good quality.

The home is in great shape and very clean! Three bedrooms with their own bathrooms was a huge bonus for us with several parents staying with teens that needed to get ready for a cheer competition at the same time! We reached out with several questions prior yo arrival and the property manager was very kind and super helpful! Will absolutely being staying here again on our next trip!!!
