Perfect location to disney
This place is perfect for 2 families wanting to stay off of the Disney properties. Full kitchen and the pool was perfectly heated.

Great stay!
Condo was nice and quiet, we love staying at Windsor Hills. The condo was not yet cleaned when we checked in. The cleaning lady came and cleaned while we were there, but there were some areas missed. Overall, it was a great stay.

Perfect vacation
Windsor Hills is great for families, we were grandparent plus daughter. Her husband and four boys. We all enjoyed it immensely..Our condo was neat and clean and all amenities…Would stay there again

Perfect Stay!
This property was perfect for our weekend trip with a family of 7. There was plenty of space for all of us, extremely close to Disney attractions, and shopping just right down the road. The condo itself was clean and was easy walking distance to the pool, which was wonderful! We would definitely stay here again!!

Great vacation property for families !!
This was our first time staying at Windsor Hills and we will definitely be back ! This property is perfectly located for anyone planning a Disney trip. The condo was spacious and had everything we needed. The pool, splash park/waterslides, and the multiple playgrounds on site, were a big hit for my children. Could not recommend this place more !!!

Wonderful location for a WDW vacation!
We had a great trip to Orlando! The condo is as advertised. The space was wonderful for our large family, the Windsor Hills complex was very nice, and it is conveniently located to both WDW and Universal Studios.

Everything thing was amazing! The checking in process was easy. The location was great, literally 15 minutes to Disney. We felt safe in the gated community. Not to mention the room and resort were beautiful, has so much to offer. Our family had a great time and will be booking again for our next Disney vacation!

Amazing place definitely would recommend!
The condo was very spacious. It was overall clean. We could have used a few more bath towels, there was 6 of us and we were washing them everyday so we could have clean towels for the next day. There we also no potholders. But overall we loved it and would definitely stay here again.

Space was comfortable but definitely could’ve used some cleaning. Floors were filthy, shower liner was stained. Other than that the place was definitely comfy. If it was cleaned properly it would be 5 stars.

Family vacation
Family and I had a wonderful time at this rental. Very spacious and comfortable. Truly became our home away from home. The beds were very comfortable, nice linens, no carpet (hardwoods everywhere - which we prefer), flat screen tvs in every room, ceiling fans in almost every room, and very good size living/dining/kitchen. Fabulous location - so close to Disney and a 20-30 minute drive to Universal. Also close to Target, grocery stores, etc. The Windsor Hills location is safe and well managed. It includes access to a large pool and movie room. The owner and management of this particular apartment responded to every question in a very timely, courteous, and professional manner. We had an absolutely wonderful visit and highly recommend this rental. Thank you for the great memories!

Condo for Disney
The condo is in tougher shape than the pictures show. It was clean overall (vacuumed dusted etc) but run down. The biggest thing for me was a very odd smell of the condo. It was off putting . there were visible patches in the walls, baseboard popping off, pillows extremely flat, kitchen pots and pans very worn out. I probably will stay in a house in this community next time I travel. Overall great location though and a good price for what it is.

We came from Tampa, FL with another family of 4 to use the condo for a 3 day weekend. We spent most of the time in the Disney Parks so we did not get to use the facilities but they looked so cool! Parking was easy for us and we had 2 cars. There is an elevator so it was easy to bring up luggage and strollers. The condo had alot of room. What could be worked on, in my opinion, woud be to have hangers for the towels in the bathrooms. I had no where to hang my towels. The owners would like for everyone after check out to wash the dishes in the dishwasher and to run a wash of the the towels in the washing machine. Since they ask of this for one time, they should supply laundry detergent and dishwashing soap just for the one time. We got lucky because a previous renter left their stuff and we left our own too. I would definitely book here again!

Good Value for price and proximity
Overall, we were happy with our stay. We had 8 total, and upon arriving saw that there were not enough dishes and silverware. Also, some light bubs were out. One call to the property manager and we had what we needed within a few hours. The unit itself could use some repair - water stains on ceiling, damaged walls (water damage?), toilet that doesn't flush well. The change filter light was lit on the frig, and we were told it had been changed, but just not reset. The taste of the water said different. This unit is still very good for a large family, and the pool and water slide were very nice. Very close to all the Disney parks, and security at the gate was organized and solid, yet not difficult to work. The unit is in a residential development, so many people live there full-time. It had a calm, pleasant feel to it. Overall would recommend it.

Not very clean
Let me start by saying this is my first ever writing a review. I will start with the good. Location to all the parks and Universal was perfect! Super close to everything. Amenities were great for the property Communication with the owner was great. Responded right away any time I asked a question. There were plenty of things you could use if needed: high chair, stroller, pack n play baby walker. The price was great for the location and amenities. The bad…. The place needs an update. The walls and floors were filthy. There was no way I would have walked around this place with no socks on. My socks were pitch black and had hair stuck to them. There was stuff all over the floor. When they re touch the doors and walls they spot paint. You can tell they really hate spending money on the place to make it look nice or fix anything. Oh the coffee pot lid was broke so they just let it sit in the coffee pot so you can still use it. I don’t know that I felt clean even after showering in this place. We re washed the towels once we got there because the towels stank. The place is very humid regardless of what you set the temperature to so the towels stay moist. My vitamins I had in my med planner became discolored due to the moisture in the place. The outlets are barely hanging on the wall and the things you plug into them barely stay in. The inside of the microwave was clean but under the door looked like it had never been touched. Don’t expect hot water. We all turned the hot water all the way up and it never felt like it got all the way hot. Granted we just needed a place to lay our head and shower while we visited parks all week. It served its purpose and I guess you get what you pay for but all in all this place is disgusting. It for sure needs an update and a really big deep clean.
