'Disney Villa' our Beautiful Villa with Large Sunny sun trap Pool deck with Spa

Our wonderful Florida Villa has 4 double bedrooms (2 master en-suites) which both lead directly out on to the pool deck area, 2 further bedrooms (one has a Disney theme) with their own bathroom. We have a separate Family Room (with a brand new 65' Samsung Smart HD TV with Cinema Surround Sound all round the Family Room - you can Skype on our TV, watch internet films, Blu Ray DVD's and also included is unlimited access to Netflix, DVD and Stereo system), a Living Room where you can sit quietly with a book and a separate Dining Room for those family meals. We have a fantastic extra large pool facing a Sunny South Westerly direction with Jacuzzi.
We also have a great Games Room with Slate Bed Pool Table, Air Hockey, Games Machine and Electronic Darts. As well as a Safe, a PC with High Speed / Wireless Internet Connection and webcam, Playstation with games, a new XBOX 360 Kinect with games, Cot/Crib, Highchair, Pushchair and loads more. We are fully equipped for family fun.

Those Extra Touches:: We pride ourselves on keeping our villa immaculate and a pleasure to holiday in. Our Management Company is always to hand to help you out with extra info - they are first class and always available.

We have ceiling fans in all our rooms, including the large double lanai outside. All our bedrooms have their own TV and CD Player.

We also have a stunning Games Room with a Slate Bed Pool Table, Air Hockey, electronic darts and the most brilliant Games Machine with all the old favourites like Pac Man and Space Invaders for you to while away your evenings.

Also, for your convenience and security the villa has a Safe.

We have spent a huge amount of time making our Villa a wonderful home for us when we are there and a fantastic, luxurious home from home for our Guests

Golf: We are minutes away from several golf courses which we can give you more information on.

If you would like the more professional course, the Champions Gate Golf Course is just 5 minutes away.

2nd time we stayed here and this house and location is perfect for our family of 4 and our dog. Went to Universal and Legoland and it's conveniently located between both. Several nearby restaurants and stores. The pool and game room is great! The beds are soft, plenty of towels. We didn’t cook but seemed like there were plenty of kitchen supplies. Neighborhood was quiet. We would likely stay here again if we're visiting the Orlando area.

Quiet time
Overall was a great place to come home to after being out. Quiet, lots of room to spread out. Nice neighborhood on the outskirts of the business of Orlando/Kissamee. Its about hr and half drive to clearwater and about hr and half drive to Cocoa beach. We were able to enjoy both the sunset and sunrise. I recommend spending time at each place. Fun spot and Old Town were 20-30 away. Great location overall.

Home was very clean and kitchen had everything provided. Pool was also very clean! Terri was super with communication and answered all our questions. If you like biking Winter Garden has great biking trails and rentals. Highly recommend this property, you will not be disappointed.

My husband and I booked this place for three nights as we wanted a place near Disney World since my family was spending time in and around there during the week, and we were going to spend a little time here and there with them. So glad my husband and I chose this house. He and I spent our daytime hours in the pool, which was perfectly heated. Not sure what the temperature was set on, but it was better than just right! Catching up with family in the evening, it was super easy to drive to the Animal Kingdom and to Disney Springs from the house (the two places we visited, but the rest of Disney is just as easily accessible, I imagine). After, we enjoyed relaxing in the hot tub which was the perfect segue into a great night's rest. The master bed was perfect! Though it was only two of us staying there, a larger party (up to eight, I think?) can comfortably stay there and not be on top of one another the entire time. Very good for families/groups going to Disney but not wishing to stay in the parks (understandable!). Terri is also a great host - super responsive! I really hope to come back!

Great location for Disney
Had a great trip, layout is great, very comfortable. Nice kitchen with plenty of plates, etc. Be sure to bring your own shampoo, conditioner and soap for the bathrooms, also will need to buy paper towels and toilet paper if staying more than a few days, also laundry soap. A Public’s and Wal Mart are close though. Pool is very nice and plenty of furniture outside.

I have nothing negative to say about this property. Everything was as described. We are looking at coming back next year and this will be the 1st house we look at for availability. The villa is close to disney but the I-4 is incredibly busy every morning/ day & night. Give yourself an hour for disney and roughly 1.5 hours for Universal. We knew this before booking the villa, we just love the area so much. We have stayed on Tuscan Ridge before, do not hesitate to book. The communication with the property management is amazing.

The house was just as advertised. The location worked well for our trips to Disney. The pool area is sufficiently private, which is exactly what we were hoping for. Terri (the owner) was very responsive and made sure we had a great stay. Would definitely stay again.

What a great holiday we had in this well kept up, extremely clean, renovated and nicely decorated villa. We have been renting villa’s in Florida for over 25 years and this is the BEST place that we have ever had. All the beds were extremely comfortable, the pool and hot tub were heated to a great temperature and also had a full size clean Gas BBQ. The managing company was amazing and accommodating. The area is great to walk with our small dog and is also close to Disney. Most of all, the owner Terri was Amazing to deal with and would check in to make sure everything was ok or if there was anything we needed. I would definitely give this Villa, Owner and Management Company a 5 Star ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️. 👍

Wonderful Villa
Large, spacious & beautiful villa. Loved the heated pool & jacuzzi, especially after long days spent at the parks. Games room is a bonus, had some great pool matches with family members. The location of the property in comparison to Disney, Seaworld, Airport, restaurants was great. The house was clean, the pool was the perfect temperature (we had it heated), and the beds were so so comfortable!! I do recommend a few things: -pick up some cleaning supplies, basic items, as none are in the house -be sure to pick up some soap for shower, dishwasher, and laundry Overall this was a great place to stay and we had a great time!

The amenities is what sold us on this place, the pool, hot tub, game room and they allowed pets and it was centrally located between the 2 places we we're going to visit, Legoland and Disney. Although we didn't spend a lot of time at the house, we enjoyed our time there. The beds were comfortable, we had plenty towels, the showers and master tub was nice and my kids loved all the fun amenities. The game room was quite warm with it being in the converted garage and we definitely had to use the fans they provided but it didn't stop us from having fun playing pool. We had an issue with the pool heater but the management company and Teri responded and got it fixed. The neighbors were noisy the first night and my son couldn't sleep in the kids room since those rooms are next to that house. But the neighbors were only there that 1 night. I could have lived without the alarms on the doors to the pool. I understand the need for them but my children can swim so for us they were annoying have to press the button each time we went outside. Overall the location was good, the area was convenient, the house met all our needs, and the exchange rate between US and UK currency still made this house affordable for all the amenities we got.
