This exciting large open home features 4 king master bedrooms (3 on the ground level), each with private baths and TVs. 3 kids themed bedrooms feature enchanting decor and beds as well as built-in closet shelving and themed bath rooms. A stroller, high chairs, crib, pack n play and baby gates are provided.

The large gourmet kitchen in the center of the home is fully equipped and allows you to prepare any type food for both indoor our outdoor dining. There is also an outdoor gas grill for barbecuing. The outdoor screened area features a heated pool with FREE pool heat, baby pool, splash pad and hot tub, as well as dining tables and lounge chairs for you to enjoy the fabulous Florida weather. A themed home theater with 10 theater-style chairs and an 80-inch smart TV provides the ideal place for family movies. Finally, a fully equipped laundry room with makes your stay a pleasure.

The home is located in Formosa Gardens Estates, a quiet, secure, gated and walled community of upscale homes located only 3 miles from Walt Disney World. In addition, restaurants, grocery stores, pharmacies and a walk-in clinic are within minutes of this enchanting escape.

Wonderful home and location for all things Disney. Grocery shopping and restaurants are close for easy take out or Doordash. 8 adults had plenty of room that we weren't stepping all over each other and the pool and hottub were perfect after a day at the parks!

Love this property. Perfect for our family and the detail in the character paintings is phenomenal. Close to Disney, shopping, and restaurants. The pictures online are very accurate. The pool was warm enough in February, and the hot tub was just what we needed. I highly recommend this property.

The house was perfect! Very close to Disney. After long days enjoying the parks, it was so nice to come back to the house and enjoy the pool and hot tub to relax. The kids loved the theater room and used it everyday. Wonderful stay and would definitely book again.

The “holiday house”
Our family group of 13 stayed for 1 week in March. We had an amazing time. The kids theme rooms were a major hit, we watched a movie every evening and spent lots of time in the pool. Being so close to WDW was a definite asset. The grandkids have already asked to go back! I have already shared the link.

What a great spot to be able to experience everything Orlando has to offer and an amazing home to return to each day. They have everything figured out from the pool area, the well-appointed kitchen, the themed bedrooms and the theatre. We had an amazing stay.

We really enjoyed the house. It was close to universal and Disney. It was nice to come back at the end of the day and watch a movie in the theater or relax in the pool. All the little ones enjoyed the splashed.

My family and I have been coming to Disney world for 7 years now, and this was our best trip yet. Our children loved the themed rooms, especially the Mickey Mouse splash pad, and pool area! AMAZING
We were sad to leave. The process of booking, checking in and checking out couldn't have been any easier. The house is immaculate and beautifully decorated. The kids especially loved the painting of the characters on the walls. The beds are very comfortable and the bathrooms are spacious. Highly recommend this home for families.

Amazing family friendly stay!
This house was fantastic for our group of 13! We had age ranges 5-14 in kids and the house accommodated all of them! The kids rooms were amazing!! I also loved that every couple/adult had their own master bedroom. The pool and splash pad- HEAVENLY!!! We loved this place and you will too!

We loved the themed rooms and with twin 1 year old's the high chairs, pack and plays, strollers, etc... Great home with tons of room to relax and wind down after the parks. Pool was a hit, kids wouldn't come out until bedtime!

The property was as it was presented perfect for multi-generational Disney trip. Well appointed roomy and the pool and splash pad were enjoyed by our grandchildren.
