Jakob's Joint is our beautiful 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom vacation home that offers everything you need to make your stay in Florida truly memorable.
Located within the exclusive gated community of Aviana Resort, this home is equipped to provide you comfort, convenience and all the amenities for a most enjoyable stay. Your stay also allows you access to the Resort clubhouse and it's amenities including huge walk in pool, hot tub, sand volleyball court, playground, business center, and more.
Just 18 minutes to Disney, Aviana Resort is located close to all Orlando has to offer... theme parks, golf courses, outlet shopping, malls, restaurants and all other attractions.Three championship golf courses are within 5 minute drive.
Our home with no rear neighbors comes with private pool and spa, games room, Wi-Fi, free long distance to U.S. and Canada, big screen tvs, HD cable and more. So many dining options nearby to choose from or eat at home using our fully equipped kitchen.


We hope you will enjoy our tastefully furnished home with private pool and spa that has no rear neighbors. Enjoy yourself on our covered lanais or lay out in the sun and have fun in our pool. Underwater lighting will help you at night to swim or relax in the spa. If you like to play games we have table tennis and a pool table in the garage with ceiling fan as well as some toys for the kids. Keep busy inside watching the 40 ' big screen TV with with HD cable in the living area, dvd player and VCR. Although we wouldn't expect you to be cooking while on your vacation you certainly have everything equipped in the kitchen to make a snack or a large meal. Refrigerator, Microwave, toaster, coffee maker, ample cookware, dishes, utensils as well as a dishwasher and garbage disposal to help with clean-up.
The master King bedroom with onsuite bathroom has a separate entrance from the patio/pool area and a 40' flatscreen TV. There is a second master queen bedroom also with full onsuite bathroom. There is a 3rd shared bathroom for the 2 twin bedrooms each with 2 twin beds. All bedrooms come with TVs and HD cable.
A stroller, pack n play crib and high chair is provided.

Great space for a family!
It’s a great property! It just needs some TLC and fresh paint and carpet also new living room furniture! We enjoyed the pool and hot tub! The size and being all on one level was awesome!!

Great stay
Great stay at this property. It’s fully functional and clean. In the process of needing some TLC as some things are showing their age. But it was clean and a seamless process. Nice size for two families, three bathrooms and four bedrooms gave plenty of space. The neighbourhood is quiet and feels safe. The pool and spa were great for ourselves and the kids. Thanks for having us.

Great trip to Orlando
We spent the week here doing non-park stuff, and this house was perfect for our stay. The property was very clean and spacious, the private pool and hot tub were clean and heated perfectly, and the communication with property mgmt was incredibly quick and helpful. Would definitely recommend staying here for anyone looking for a private space away from the hustle of the parks and Orlando proper.

To be away from home and to enter home compare to hotel, this was best decision. Like the access to hot tub, pool it could use a hand rail to get out of hot tub. Quiet area, close to everything. Room to improve: Lacking of paper toilet and pods for washing especially to do load of towels. Did not like the check out time for 10:00 am. Verry satisfied

The ping pong table could use an update, but we could still play it, but the clubhouse had a great ping pong table.You are 20 minutes away from a Walmart, but there is a Publix and Burger King close. Had a good trip.

Was a great time.. the property met all of our needs and any issues we had were quickly corrected. The owners are quick to respond also. Loved the pool and was close to a supermarket if we needed anything. The property is about 30-35 min away from universal and about 20-25 min to disney area… also, highly recommend eating at Hungry Howie’s Pizza.. best pizza I’ve had!!

Great location and price needs updating
We stayed 6 nights Friday-Thursday. Pros: communication with the owner was 5 stars. The listing details was 100 percent accurate. The location was great and near everything ( we didn't attend parks this time). 40 mins from the airport. 2 mins from Publix and 10 mins from most restaurants. My kids loved the pool its similar to most pools in the area. Hot tub gets very hot. The backyard privacy was also great. Cons: The carpet in all bed rooms probably needs changing. It was clean but old and had spits on them. Most items like the fence/gate in the pool area, the pool, the Garage game room had signa of rust( we still utilized them daily. The patio furniture in the pool area/couches needs updating. The appliances also. Game room/garage can be upgraded Another complaint not enough toilet paper and paper towel provided for a week with a family of 4 but dollar general and publix is very close so not a huge issue. The traffic though-out the area is bad not much you can do about it. Bugs and lizards was there and not the owners fault. They did have insect spray come to the house on Friday but due to me changing my reservation from Saturday to Friday they were not able to come in to spray but did spray outside and besides a few bugs outside it was fine. The neighborhood was great and quiet. The community pool and community area was ok and very clean. They had beach volleyball, small playground, basketball rim, and putting green to go along with the big pool. Final thoughts. I would stay there again. My wife and 2 daughters enjoyed the place and were not disappointed in the place but they all would prefer a more updated home.
